- We're a few days away from Ranked coming out, so It felt only right to give you my personal opinion on the current state and meta of the game! Today we rank each and every Hero in Predecessor and explain the ratings, buffs and nerfs in detail!

Feng mao with the brawler crest judgement gives me the most cs quite often
Hell yea! I love iggy midlane. Chunking bottles halway across the lane is op. Love going against morigeshs that are so used to just throwing their Q at you... well Iggy can throw further. By level 4 he can basically resort to just having turrets up, autoing the wave, and throwing every bottle at the opponent. 3 bottles and they have to back or risk being in a gankable healthstate.
My friends still think he is ass. They also think Shinbi jungle is bad though...
Tbh my friends have a bit of that "they are good but not near as good as they think they are" thing going on.

But it feels like the ideas for mid/jungle are "you didnt pick gideon? You didnt pick khaimera?? You are throwing"
I still think it is a very big problem for the game design that only select heros that would normally jungle can solo objectives as early as lvl 3. Thats insane. I come from smite whwre the only person soloing an objective is a near full or full build ADC with sustain like lifesteal.
I think it is wild that the meta almost dictates that you are harming your team by playing a character that requires your tesm to be there for the objectives... it should just be that way. I feel either everyone that can jungle should be able to solo fangtooth/mini orb, or no one should. At least not prior to level 10/a couple items.
Most jungs can do fang lvl 5 with half an item done tbh, Most just never tried . I do it w serath everyday xd
I still prefer Morg over Iggy never played Iggy yet but Iggy gets annoying so I know his tactics when I'm Morg I'm a beast in Morg 15+ kills each game
I play Morg mid off n support
When someone chooses Morg my next option is gadget she a demon Gideon and khamieara are so easy to play I like to play the one's who are alot harder to play because it makes me understand the character betters with which items they are good at
When Gideon ult his black hole I staste with Morg and gadget
I do think Muriel will be better in ranked where people will actually play around her. I don't know if I would consider her A+, but that might change if I get some good ganes on her.

They drop the balance .18.3 patch before ranked or we play ranked with .18 ?

I just recently had the time to finalize this video and play enough games to give a good accurate tier-list based off my games. I know it's late - but majority of this will still apply for the next patch as majority of the changes comes from new item interactions, and having 6 item slots.
This is also going to be the template used going forward, so It will be very helpful for future tier lists, and hopefully the reception to the style I used it well liked.

Items that do damage/an effect on auto attacks hit hence being called on-hit
Ive been playing predecessor for about a month. I have 200 games. Hit platinum according to omeda city.
Your videos have been so helpful for learning the game, as well as dealing with the game.
When i get salty salty teammates it is reassuring and helps me ignore it when i see that someone as good as you still has to deal with it haha. You usually seem to just ignore the chat which is best. Id even recommend new players prob turn it off haha.

I don’t play the hero at all, but what caused rampage to fall off so badly?
Tanking was made worse by adding extra card slot. He's a giant walking hit box. There's like 6 different tainted cards that will nerf his ult. Towers hit harder, too, so diving is difficult. That was his thing.
I think Morigesh is stronger than iggy, i play both of them a lot and Mori just has way more kill potential and decent enough clear. I would def say iggy has better objective control obviously. But a good Morigesh can poke extremely hard defensively and offensively. And i think Fey is A+ tier. Other than that i 100% agree with this list
What make zarus broken? I rarely see him get picked
He has built-in Power scaling in his kit. In the current meta, where tank items are not as good, you can scale up your Power as Zarus more reliably. Furthermore, the item changes assist the Bruiser playstyle even more, which is exactly what Zarus wants to be.
He also has everything a character needs :
Mobility (dash + it gives him attack speed)
Ability he can spam and use long range (spear)
A stun (+ mitigation)
An ultimate for team fights
Scaling (ultimate and passive)
Some regen (passive)
The only thing he used to lack was his clear was slow, but with the new crest (judgment), his clear is now very good.
He has no downsides and no bad matchups currently
Shoulda put Rev in D tier. He is so bad right now. The bugged 4th shot doesn't help, but even ignoring that, he is so awful.
I try to reserve D tier for absolutely unplayable heroes. Didn't want to be TOO mean.

I have to argue about Murdock he feels so bad to me he feels like 3 items until he does any damage and the rest of his kit really does not make up for it at all
Murdock will feel a bit bad against a duo-lane that can out-range and out-poke him, therefor needing to scale up until 2-3 Items to when you can all-in a bit better. I definitely understand why you'd think this!
I only disagree with the Aurora placement she just has way too much CC and it seems the enemy team always has a decent one and I get the worst ones that block my team off during team fights like a dumby 🤣 other than that everything else seems pretty accurate. I’m maining Zarus right now and he’s definitely broken, crunch is my secondary and he’s just all around good.
I see aurora much alike Fey. Aoe cleanse absolutely counters the majority of her power. I do think she has a high skill ceiling though, and people are bound to only get better at playing her.
Yeah I cut my mate off a few times last night it’s hilarious but game losing.
Feels great when you cut that jungle path off and split a 5v5 into a 5v2/3 though.
Aurora is definitely top of A+ tier no way she’s worse than kwang or morigesh??!?
Morigesh is absolutely insane right now. I can't believe how many people don't realize this.
Kwang is only slightly better because he's a top 3 offlaner with good matchups all around. The lower CDs allow him to trade much better than 26s and 24s cooldowns that aurora has on her Q and E.
@Empti_ as a Mori player, I can confirm she is quite strong.
Shinbi is s tier. Her dances do too much dmg
I agree. I main her since i started the game and im always going out positive. On yt i see her built wrong and thats why i think shes mainly underrated

I can agree with many points but Argus? I mean are you drunk? 😂
He still deals a lot of damage if you build and play him right. Of course he isn't that strong anymore, but he will be buffed again and he is nowhere as bad as Rev or Rampage.
Most people seem to share the same opinion on argus. So either you're cooking some crazy things or you are not being punished for being very weak early.

He's horrible. He's bugged and has a horrible build path.
You gotta be low elo. He’s the worst ADC in the game rn by far and it isn’t close. Might be worse in the game atm.
Sev and rev are still the weakest characters in early game, kinda sucks
This game is out of control, unbalanced champion, player go 0/10 and disconnect without conseguence. Items broken. Tank build useless. There are some champions really useless and unplayable and some others pick to win like khaimera, aurora and sparrow. Omedacity needs to wake up

Putting Riktor anywhere but S is a joke. Best Support in game by a mile if you aren’t brain dead.
There's a reason he's getting major buffs to his sustain and tankiness.
Because his skill ceiling is so high. Most of the people I see can’t build a tanky frontline support properly.
I’d say 1 or 2 people I’ve seen that have used his pull properly for Mid lane ults and what not.
When played properly he counters any dive at all. Period. Pull, Dot, Silence, Dot, Supress, Dot, Silence again.
I run him in off lane and you can 50-0 a Greystone without him ever getting chance to use his blink or Ult.
@@jakquinn4207 His skill ceiling is not that high at all. As someone who enjoys playing riktor, his Support durability is much, much lower whilst his Jungle clear is too slow to keep up with the map if its 'burning.
I will say, I'm not the best informed on offlane match-ups yet, so I won't dispute your argument there, but I'm definitely not putting this hero down because he's hard to play. Glad you're getting success with it though, sounds like you're doing better than majority of the riktor players I've seen or talked to.
I’m not buying it stats are one thing, and you can build around those it’s the shit in his kit.
Played Mobas for literally decades at this point and watched pros for the same amount of time.
The kit of Riktor will be top pick and ban once/if a pro scene develops purely because of the pick potential around objectives.
Let’s not even get into base defence / siege. It’s such a strong kit honestly.
Fuck tankiness why is it so important when half the viable supports are squishy back line peelers anyway?
@@jakquinn4207 There's already somewhat of a scene, it's just not that established yet like the other MOBAS on the market. As someone who played in majority of Predecessor tourney since very early on, I went from seeing Riktor being priority first pick/ban to now falling as an occasional situational pick in jungle with a phase support to war-crime duo-lane.
I'm sure upcoming changes might make him more desirable though. And I couldn't agree more with how good the kit is on paper, but if you truly are a MOBA Vet you should know how much more important numbers are when they're on the lower end of the scale.
