That's so helpful, thank you. Just a quick question, I have just rinsed off the conditioner after cold cap/chemotherapy treatment. Can you explain why it is necessary to use shampoo please?

Hi, I am all done with chemo now, and through the treatment, I washed my hair only every 10 days. When I washed my hair, I don't use my nails to wash the scalp and I think it's causing dandruff, but during the treatment I didn't care. Now that I am done, what are some safe tips to try and get my hair dandruff free? Should I gently massage scalp when shampooing or gently nail massage?
I would normally washing my hair every day or every second day, is it safe to use a dry shampoo in-between washing while using cold cap? and is there a dry shampoo you would recommend during chemotherapy? I start chemo in a couple of weeks and plan to use cold cap. Thanks for producing these videos, they are so helpful.
