He sings high because his natural voice is high even as an adult after puberty. It's inherited trait, but also because he loves singing and has been singing competitive since young age
another great video guys!!! love your technical analyses!! more guests like her!! it's so refreshing to see their genuine amazed recations and technical analysis as well (and of course, as usual, your amazing explanations Rok_Town! :) And YES, what I am so impressed with and so amazed by Darren..that not many people realize is his god-level control and technique...it's almost like second nature to him..and at that young age!!! usually to get that very natural almost instinctual mastery and control... and being comfortable in flowing from one note to another and doing runs so casually and efortlessly..it usually takes years and years of real life performing..but my god..he achieved something in his current age what some professional singers only perfect at the height of their careers late in life..truly amazing..his technique is superb..even when he sang A Whole New World... you can really see his control and technique in modulating and deepening his voice ... because Darren's voice is normally not that deep yet..yes it already broke but it's still a little bit high sometimes..not "adult deep"..but he manages to force it into a depth that sounds natural and casual when he sang A Whole New World..as if it was his natural voice. amazing..

Darren Espanto is tagged 'The Total Performer' because he not only sings great but performs great as a whole. He knows how to bring himself well. He became famous when he joined The Voice Kids Philippines Season 1 back when he was around 13 or 14 (not so sure) but even as a younger kid he performs in events in Canada where he grew up.
most people dont know why teenagers here in the philippines are well trained and have good voice controls. Most of the child/teens here enters competitions at the very young age thats why they can perform perfectly without any flats and sharps.
