He also isn't completely evil, cause nothing is only black or white. That's probably also why movie Zemo is so popular.

The only "fans" that wouldn't notice these changes are those that watch movies ONLY, but they have, by default, no knowledge of the comic! We did notice, but were (mostly) fine with the changes, because they made the characters fit into the story better that way. The changes also helped simplifying things for people that hadn't read the comics, so most people just didn't care.

Zemo is still the most successful villain within MCU because he wrecked the avengers and changed the course of the MCU later on despite the fact that he is only a normal human being with no special power.

The comics is Earth-616. The MCU is Earth-19999. Basically a different universe in the multiverse. So I'm ok with them making the villains, heroes, even parts of the story different.

Yes, Thanos does send agents out to collect Infinity Gems. This is literally what the Black Order does in the comics. Ego isn't a virus in the movies, he just acts exactly like one...okay. Yeah, pretty much right about Grandmaster, Malekith, and Zemo. Dormammu is sketchy, but kind of works as he basically is that in the marvel comics, but manifests in a physical form to interact with the Marvel Earth.
As far as the Mandarin goes, you should be able to find a deleted scene on TH-cam but there is an end credit scene where the real Mandarin shows up in the prison wanting to know why Trevor slatery took his name but Trevor has no clue what he's talking about

It's a little unfair to compare MCU Ultron to Comic Book Ultron since CB Ultron has been around for decades and has been built up through numerous stories. Plus we're all forgetting that Ultron has died numerous times in the comics, so it's not like Marvel Studios can't bring Ultron back at any point and have him being a lot more powerful then he was in Age of Ultron.
I really wish Daniel Bruhl played Lex Luthor and Jesse Eisenberg played Zemo. That way, everyone would have realized how terrible Zemo really was, and how good Lex Luthor was in comparison.
