i have an 07 audi a4 with symphony II but i have bose i put in my pioneer avic 700bt and hook everything up correctly even did a triple check and kept receiving static and humming interference only when my lights were on even if i didnt connect my ILL wire so i went out and research why and cant find anything some had simular problems and went towards an scosche SLC-4 but screwing with that long enough still had the same problems got any idea why

I have a pioneer NEX-4200 and i installed it using the ENFIG_SRWH_AUD3_HILO ......BUT i can't put the volume high .... the front channel speaker is crackling... i heard on forums that i need to cut 1 or 2 cables but i dont know where and which color ? Can you please help with instructions ?
Since you DO NOT have Bose the center channel speaker is across the front left and right speakers. Usually radios can handle this but sometimes they can't. If you pull out the radio, 2 of the 4 factory front speakers pins will have 2 wires instead of one. If one is bigger cut one of the smaller ones and tape off the loose ends. This will disconnect the center speaker and fix your problem. If they are the same size then you must either guess or disconnect the speaker at the dash.

This a really old radio. There are many newer radios. When you visit the web site pick your car from the drop down then it will let you pick the radio you are installing and give you a complete list.

Yes all the parts are the same but also look at the Enfig RWH-AUD2-HILO. It makes the radio sound much better.
They usually come with the radio. If you do not have them pioneer sells them for $1.25 each.

so to clear things up you only need to plug the reap RCA wires in? can you just plug them in on say a normal single dim RCA port?
Our newest harness with the HILO box does not use RCA plugs.

i didn't want to mess with the OEM harness .... Speaker disconnect from the Dash, no more crackling, Thank you so much!

This a really old radio. There are many newer radios. When you visit the web site pick your car from the drop down then it will let you pick the radio you are installing and give you a complete list.

+Springfield It comes with keys but in this cars opening is tight so I usually use a pick tool to help it out.

Thats an opinion. And depending on what components you install you can make it better or worse.

It will work but most people use the Bluetooth built into the new radio.
