I really like the non-slick, down-to-earth nature of these videos. It's like actually being (mostly) at a repair shop and watching an actual repairman do his job. No fancy graphics or music, just "me repairing saxophones."
Your videos get better and better, Art! Thanks for making them. I have a quick question. The "unlaquered" brass instrument. Is the raw brass bad to touch on, or this just a myth?
Always such wonderful videos. Would the S-18 glue be similar to rubber cement? And is it okay to put my tuba in the washing machine? Just kidding. Carry on and stay safe.
I am not familiar with the S-18 glue. You can try it and see how it works. Yes, sometimes I wish I could just open the washing machine and throw in a tuba.
Great instructional videos...thanks Arthur!!

This is fun watching. I can't wait to see how it plays!
Another great lesson, Art. Thanks!
Master, excuse me for inciting you, but I was referring to how you glue the saptillas, or how you adjust them?

Touching the raw brass may leave some finger prints, but it does not really hurt anything.
master why the push pins in the cement sticks?
