Nice video and its a great village, so many places to eat and drink isnt there. We stay over in an old converted barn in the village ( thebarnatholmfirth.co.uk ), as its such a good place to go walking from. Lovely film :)

I may be coming to the town next year and believe that there is a monument to the show that made the town so famous,so if anyone could tell me where it is I would like to pay my respects to all those that gave so much enjoyment to so many people ,but are now no longer with us.

When I see these old English towns if you come to the original 13 colonies here on the east coast of the United States the architecture is identical, they could film a British show here and nobody would be any the wiser, some areas here date back to the 1600's
