In answer to the utility question, I prefer 2 spaces. We have a new build and our utility has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and it works well.

i prefer a separate washer and dryer so you can put another wash on whilst drying the first wash and like you said if one breaks down theres only one to replace
We have a dwh bradgate. There are three spaces for appliances, 2 in the utility room and 1 in the kitchen. With the kitchen upgrade two of them become integrated (dish washer in kitchen and washing machine/washer dryer in utility room). They then leave space for a tumble dryer in the utility room. You can’t see the others in the video as they didn’t open the doors.
Good to know as we have reserved a dwh bradgate but there are no show homes near for us to see. Are you overall happy with the Bradgate?
Nice to see a cupboard for coats, albeit small. Otherwise they end up on the staircase newel post. Keep up the good work.
The kitchen seems to lack space for a bin / recycling clutter which is a pity.

What’s the price of this property?
I have a new build barratt, it had room for separate washing and tumble dryer, but we put the tumble dryer up on the side so we could put a dishwasher in. Sometimes I think developers arnt thinking of the modern family.
Also I’ve recently brought a new car, as the driveway is so narrow, my new car has sliding doors so can get the kids in and out without hitting the wall or next doors car 🙄
...many others developers including dishwasher but all depends on the size of the House and Price , of course!
I would rather have 2 spaces in the utility because when you have a big family you need to do a lot of laundry so it's quicker if you have 2 loads (one washing and one drying) going at the same time.
