The P60 Pro is not the top of the range from Huawei. There are 3 other phones that are technically above it, at least on paper. Being, in order, the P60 Art, the Mate 60 Pro, and then the Mate 60 RS. But there is a difference when stepping up from the P series to the Mates. They had to use their own chips, lenses and almost everything else in the Mates, and the technology is all totally new for them. I expect that they will dramatically improve their ability to produce their own components and software in house over the next few years. I have the P60 Art, and I think its actually the best camera on a phone from Huawei currently. But I had to go to China to get this phone which is running their own OS, Harmony. I'm very happy to not be under the absolute control of Apple or Google when using the device. The USA has a terrible government, banning Huawei just for the reason that they were beating the Apple company, and that's the only reason, the excuse about national security is nonsense. The fact that the USA tried to kill off Huawei is the best reason to buy their products.
I will definitely test the Mate 60 Pro out once it is released over here. I am not too fond of importing phones tbh. The P60 Art sounds amazing, but since I just can get my hands on the P60 Pro here, it's the one I used for this comparison. And yeah, it sucks that Huawei is getting limited like this.
The Huawei has the second best camera in the world for smartphones. The video is surprisingly close to apple as well from what i read and personally saw. Just depends on the situation. Night time it beats the iphone 7/10 times if you lool at reviews. Its video is very close at night to apples. Remember you have physical variable apature which sets it apart from the others
@@mauricedicke9527 I'm not familiar with pixel phones but my wife has had several IPhones of different generations and they always seem to produce slightly orange tint on people's faces.
Hey remember me haha, the Pixel is the king of photos, the iPhone is the king of videos, the Huawei is surprisingly good in both but just falls apart in too many situations. The pixel has the ability to take extended exposure night photos, up to 4 minutes I believe, the really dark photos turn out a little better. This is probably the least biased comparison I've ever seen, great video. It's also surprising how different the pixels mic sounds, not necessarily worse, just different.
Hehe, thanks for watching. There are ways to get even better pictures at night for all 3 of them but all include using a tripod. I left the phones all at their default exposure for their night modes to keep it simple.
HUAWEI Is the king of Detail, Therre google and apple Lost, And HUAWEI Score better than both on dxo mark, But snapdragon cpu isn't that good, HUAWEIs own Kirin cpu is way better.

Yes, of course the shots are hand hold. All 3 phones took the shots at the very moment under the same circumstances. If I used a tripod for the shots, it would have been pretty useless for people who want to see how the cameras perform in normal use.
@@pongoni7586 I just took a look at the picture in my gallery. The extra light seems to come from the other two phones laying next to me (that's the extra reflection in the eyes). All other light was the same though. I try my best to test as fair as possible, so sorry for this.
@@saurabhbairagi6607 checked it out, it's all in order. If you mean the short I did about this scene, it is not from this point of the video. I took 3 pictures here with all 3 phones.
