Here comes the pack you've waited for! Juniez' remade weapons adapted for HL2VR, with HLA HEV Hands, world models and ammo crates. Some mmod weapon sounds also included. I recommend using Jersen's Ammo, Crates and item remakes on top of this.
The release is not perfect, theres clipping and the hands are badly shapped to fit the original anims.
There is currently no included support for left handed weapons, I might do it in an update.

Yes, ive most textures, models etc replaced. You can use everything that works for hl2 (except the weapons, but this pack takes care od that :D). Look it up on gamebanana and how to install it into the custom folder. I also have a few videos where ive featured most of the mods I use so take a look at those.

Can you point me to a tutorial for how to port weapons into vr? I would love to have either the HL:A AR2 or the Vance AR2 ported into HL2VR

I use blender so google blender source rigging, its basically assigning parts of the mesh to bones and vertex groups. That being said its not exactly always simple ive been using blender for years so that made it easier to learn a bit of this recently
