For relaxing: Once a month I take a bath and listen to quiet classical music. Or I do some painting by listening to classical music. These are the two things that keep me calm. And distress.
The most effective self-care habits for me are exercising and eating well. I also include having a balanced social life with friends and family in this equation. Bea, I loved this video. It has a good rhythm and length. You stayed true to yourself, and it feels like you're more in tune with yourself!

I love a shower at the end of the day and they i like to massage my face as I put a moisturizer on it. In winter i love a cup of hot chocolate and I light a candle after dinner while I clean the dining room and kitchen. I try to go for walks and listen to an audio book. I am not a fan of exercise but I really enjoy my time to myself during my walks 😊. I hope that you have a fantastic week. And I would be interested in both your night time and morning routine 🌞🌜

Another vote for body oil. Thought it was just another thing and then started doing it in winter after hot showers, no colds and slept amazingly well after it. Yoga always works for me also but I know for others it’s just a chore, you gotta find what works for your own body and mind. Trial and error. But sleep, sleep is for real.
Yoga, body oil, getting some sunshine and air, petting my cats, functional movement and laughs with friends and family and partner. A good hug also goes a long way :) but to each their own
Getting myself into the sea! Everything just melts away when I get into that cold water! Moving my body, eating healthily, and having cuddles with my doggies!
