Sometimes it's a really good idea being mobile on the island to find fish...a cracking place for bass and mackerel, we often end up bait fishing however somewhere normally at night to avoid the crowds in the summer months, plus my dad isn't fond of spinning for mackerel and bass.... prefers a sit down 😂, I think his 80s boat fishing spoilt him mackerel were often seen a bait or a pest back then and not as prized as for shore fisherman these days. I totally love mackerel and tend to solo for them...Hope you can get out in this weather to fish, tight lines pal.

Nice video 👍Never a bad day touring North wales/anglesey regardless of how the fishing goes. Looking forward to the llandudno one as I've only fished the pier there once.
Thanks Brendan, yeah North Wales / Anglesey has a quality of scenery that's a joy to be in regardless of catch I agree! I'm not 100% sure when the Llandudno video will be but look out for it in near future.
Nice video..if the Fish ain't feeding nothing anyone can do...any plans on coming to the llyn peninsula?....some decent fishing venues around.... Pwllheli, Dinas Dinlle,Aberdaron are decent venues

Brilliant vid again showing the beauty of Anglesey. I've been lucky , up until this last year, to fish the place for 50 odd years and never tire of the island. Have you visited the priory at Penmon ? Not religouse myself but the place has a certain atmosphere about it and the graveyard gives a good insight into how hard life used to be. Set myself a target of a day/night session on the island at end of April thanks to the inspiration of your vids.

I know... blanks are what make the good days great! Speed wise honestly I just pull the speed slider on the edit software to where it makes sense to not be too long for sequences but not too short that you can't see roughly what's happening in the clips....Hope that makes sense.
That's why I stick to my North Wales spot I've travelled up and down to anglesy and spent 50 pound and caught no fish from the pigeons to the angelsy break water Conway Castle its heart breaking pensarn upto Liverpool are the best fishing spots Llandudno North shore at night for doggie fest pensarn upward flattie and bass I've one spot that gives me silver eel flatties whiting and bass and gobbies in one session but I'll let you guess the venue
Thanks for another comment Kenny, there are a good few all-rounder venues like the one you've asked me to guess like Holyhead breakwater, Amlwch, Moelfre, Trearddur bay & many other rock marks all along our glorious west coast so sorry if I've not guessed the correct one but as ever fun, safe fishing is always what its about, regardless of catch amount, tight lines pal. 👍🎣
