    Recipe: spinish, 2 tbs flaxseeds, halve of avacado (skin and seed removed), 1 tbs sunflower butter, 1-2 seedless pomegranates, 30 calorie unsweetened almond milk. Blend. Note: you can add your desired amount of each ingredient as you choose.

    I think this could work, having studied a lot about nutrition, I would say add more water to make it thinner and 1 tbln flax seed is enough, if you have tummy troubles with this.

    I just watched this video and found out today after getting blood work that I have low estrogen. If I drink one of these smoothies everyday, how long do you think until my estrogen levels started to raise 😊

      Well, in the context of a skilled nutrition program and health coaching program that addresses nutrition, movement, exercise, sleep, and stress, I would expect your estrogen levels to improve within 3 months or so.

      Sorry about that. You can certainly try a regular blender or food processor. The smoothie just may not be as smooth.

    Looking for a something that I can use naturally to restore vaginal dryness and pain. Since I don't like pills this is perfect.
    Also, I would like to know have anyone heard of Macafem? Does it work and can the tablets be crushed( don't like pills)?

      I take Estroven Complete Multi Symptom and stopped my medication for hot flashes. Seems to have worked in the V coming back to life and no hot flashes unless I drink alcohol or eat spicy food. Still looking for natural boosters just in case. Best of luck.

      I don't generally recommend soy milk as it can be too estrogenic for some.

      All this soy nonsence has been marketing propaganda by the dairy industry. He explains about alpha and beta estrogen receptors

    Is it ok for young women to take phytoestrogens just for general health?

      Foods that are phytoestrogenic (flaxseeds, pomegranate, etc.) can be supportive for younger women with low estrogen or simply to reduce estrogenic cancer risks and the risk of osteoporosis.       Don't feel bad I feel like I can't do dairy anymore my stomach hurts and cramps after having dairy products so it's kind of make me feel bad because I love smoothies with almond milk or my lactose-free milk can't do either

      If you go to the recipe, it says you can use almond, cashew or sunflower butter.
