Zero-X was an interplanetary spacecraft used initially to send a manned expedition to Mars. The MEV was the lander/planetary transport vehicle that mated to the front of Zero-X. It could also lift off from the surface and redock to Zero-X in orbit for the trip back to Earth.
I have a boxed ZX TOO, the lifting body 1 ,locks into position via a tab you push the wing down,when the wheels are fully in the main body ,you slide it back to lock it. The proven bit is part of the rear port side wing.,I can supply you with missing nose cone tip if interested? As for value in its current condition its about £300,if you got it repaired you'd be looking at 4-£500. As the tail should pop up and the lights should work
Be sure to remove the shield from the MEV for running around on a planetary surface.

Zero X was a spaceship not an aircraft. The “wings” were called “Lifting Bodies”.
