So, at 16:50, I paused the video, I opened two tabs of a tone generator webpage, and made my own dial tone. I listened, in amazement, for over a minute, with a co-worker over my shoulder, to a dial tone...
Actually just passed the Cisco Cyber Ops Associate this last Monday, but Collaboration has always looked interesting Honestly Ive never worked in IT, but decided to transition careers about 6 months ago Just trying to figure out what to do next

Hi Kevin, Could you please guide me with what is the criteria to obtain the new CCNP Collaboration certification, if I am having a valid CCIE Collaboration certification. Thanks.
By when you will get out the collaboration cisco course? I have to study for the CCNP and I think I will study material from last CCNA collaboratio, is that all right?
I'm working on the CLCOR course now, and it will be done if February. If you want, you can go ahead and purchase the pre-release version of it, which has the videos I've already done, and new videos will be continually added until it's finished. Then, it's your's to keep forever. Here's the link: kwtrain.com/clcor All the best in your studies.
Thanks so much for your interest. Our CLCOR 350-801 Video Training Series is in development and will be finished late February. However, you can preorder now and get immediate access to the videos/quizzes that are complete. Here’s the link: kwtrain.com/clcor. All the best in your studies.
Hello Kevin, Always love your vids :D I had a question - considering you teach both voice and networking - on which path would you guide a newbie towards? Voice is more niche but is it worth sticking with it in the long run? Thanks
I recommend starting with networking first, and then diving into collaboration. There are a lot of components of Collaboration that require a solid networking knowledge. And as always, knowledge is power.
I currently work as a telecommunications technician for a company and just passed my CCNA. CLCOR 350-801 is next and I already have the book. A lot of material in this video was review for me, but there was still lots of little bits of knowledge. Really looking forward to watching your other videos in the series. You're very well articulated and are great at explaining things simply, while also providing answers that can be further extrapolated on. No surprise given your experience! Thanks for your work! Being able to find free content of this quality is simply amazing.
Kevin- You know exactly where to start, put things together in a chronological form and demonstrate them crystal clear with a great insight especially from Student's perspective. BEST Video for Cisco Collaboration. Finally, as always "MILLION THANKS"
This is the best video on Collaboration I have seen till now. Period
