appreciate these series on the HX. I've given up on the four cable method and am getting REALLY interesting results going straight into the amp.

I already did 5 dirt effects.
note: this is my second time around having played for 40ty years ,using a compressor and delay only . That ended with my last band which achieved opening for the 'crash test dummies' my (15+ minutes) ! Then came echo park & verbzilla - (octo on verbzilla) ,then the M 13 which is a work horse ! and I used it forever , Now I have the HX , bought it after borrowing one for a gig with the stage packed full of old fender amps ,(the juice is in the box and the box is buzzing !) lol ! I asked where I was supposed to play as the opener? finally found enough room for myself & the HX . No one there to ask to borrow two of their amps . Thankfully sound man grabbed a stereo DI and we panned two channels hard left and right and I worked off the house pa . It worked wonderfully . Now I'm into a company "Gamechanger' - great musicians from LATVIA ! Check out their "BIGBSBY" pedal & PLUS with the HX , I use all sorts of delays including the ones you demo 'd on the HX , I found Delay Harmonizer on HX and need to be schooled on how to use this? ,I'm writing while listening to you and liking what Im hearing , can you do a vid on Delay harmonizer? btw -congrats on a great demo tutorial! thank you- billy
oh - I have to say for anyone using delays you gotta add analog with mod. ping pong is my fav. but running analog w/ mod at half ms. before ping-pong is a nice combo - octo verb (in moderation ) it's another form of delay ,so that one too.
I will try out your delay suggestions. I bet it sounds great. Congrats on your 15 minutes of fame. I got about 5 minutes one time many years ago.

Just got the HX Effects and in the Legacy folder there is the Auto Vol Echo. Would you still use the Swell preset over that? Is it better?
Auto Volume Echo is what keeps me using Line 6.
Wow amazing... Can you mix more than two effects and save the patch in one button???
I have 4 effects going to the same switch in one of my presets. Very convenient.

Are there amp models on the hx effects?
No amp models. If there were then $500 would be a steal for this unit.
is this can be used for playing WITHOUT AMP? only ear monitors for whole band
Well you kinda need an amp.

I cant decide between single pedals or a multifx...
Most i want ro use a Fuzz, Delay, Rev and sometimes maybe a wah..
I could by this unit used for around 350euros..
But especially the Fuzz im concerned this unit will bringt it on
All the fx in the HX are great. Only Fx unit you need.

My first experience with line 6 was a flextone…….it was horrid.
Bassist has used an HX effects for a while now. He talked me into getting one. I love it!
But hey, line 6, it wouldn’t put you out of buisness to put a couple of modelers in the next update……….
You want the HX Effects to have some amp sims? That would be awesome
