We aren’t given a name for the baby so you simply have to refer to him as his full title, Baby In Yellow, make sure it’s all capitalized properly too

To those curious about the whole baby in yellow thing, it's referencing king in yellow, one of Lovecrafts horrors
It wasn't made by Lovecraft at all, it's just often included in the mythos one way or another.
The King in Yellow was published by Robert W. Chambers in 1895, not Lovecraft.
Lovecraft took much inspiration from the collection of short stories after reading it in 1927, and went on to include many references to it in his Cthulhu Mythos.

Hastur is Lovecraft's version of the King in Yellow. Robert Chambers made a short story collection titled after the fictional King in Yellow play he made that drives the reader mad upon reaching the second act. Hastur is the name of a city in Chamber's story the yellow sign.
