    What's up Champions!
    Try these drills the next time you hit the bag!
    Use as a warm up or a full workout, just change the reps into a time frame.
    Enjoy,
    Jason

    🙏🏼 Sensei Jason, Thank you for a thorough, proper form, instructional video with amazing Chi! I'm 50 yrs young and I've been practicing MMA since childhood. Now, I'm teaching my daughter who's 27 and has just expressed interest. I wanted to show her proper basics privately at home and confirm it wasn't just coming from 'Mom.' I sifted through quite a few videos before stumbling upon yours. I preach form and focus constantly and most of these videos are messy, loud, and showey..... I appreciate your wisdom, accuracy, and time! Thank you again 🙏🏼Sensei🙏🏼
    Blessings and abundance to you & yours. -GiGi

    Having difficulty in choosing between 2XL pro and Torrent T2 Pro. appreciate any suggestions?

    • @SENSEIJASON
      @SENSEIJASON  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I personally don’t have any experience on the torrent t2 pro. What I can say is that the 2XL pro is probably the most dynamic bag I have used, and it is very durable and stable. I’d say when choosing a bag you have to consider price, your physical specs (heavyweight/lightweight), fighting style (cardio bang it out hitter, all power shots/kicks, or more technical/rhythmic? I personally am more on a technical side of training and bag work with occasional power shots. But if you are a striker who just likes to put the pedal on the gas I would probably get the heavier or more durable between the two.

      And I understand that punching bags are sometimes for blasting it with power, beat bags for those are standard heavy bags that you “hang” that weigh over 150lbs. The freestanding bags, while aren’t the most heavy, they still provide a lot of convenience to set up and transport. At the minimum they will maintain your skill and allow you to perform a decent cardio session. Plus mine only has water in it, I think it would be much heavier with a sand. I also am intentionally not blasting it as to keep it above the placement mats, sure I can go Mike Tyson on it and it would move, and I could simply move with it to compensate, but I don’t want the base to get scratched up from the pebble on my surface.
      If you have a good non abrasive surface the bag moving should not be an issue.
