猫咪汤圆
1、草莓馅心：300g草莓洗净去蒂切小块放入锅中，倒入60g白砂糖，压成果泥，开中小火不断搅拌煮至粘稠。
2、将煮好的草莓酱倒入冰格模具中，冷冻4~6小时，备用。
3、200g糯米粉中倒入160ml左右的开水（注意，要边搅拌边倒入开水），然后揉搓成面团。
4、将面团分别搓出6份25g圆面团，用来捏猫咪形状。
*1个20g面团+少量红曲粉，揉成长条；
*1个10g面团+可食用蓝色色素混合，揉成长条；
*1个10g面团+可食用黑色色素混合，搓成条。
5、25g的面团全部包入草莓馅搓圆。
*3个搓成椭圆形；
*另外3个搓成椭圆后，捏出耳朵形状，盖上保鲜膜备用。
6、分别取用不同颜色的面团，搓出眼睛、鼻子、胡须和爪子，沾水后贴上。
7、起锅倒入清水，开大火煮开后下猫咪汤圆煮3-5分钟，浮起后盛出即可。
柴犬汤圆
1、100g内酯豆腐+90g糯米粉，揉捏成面团。
2、20g红豆沙馅，分成每5g一个，搓圆备用。
3、将面团分出4个25g的面团并搓圆，剩余的面团搓成条状备用。
4、将搓圆的4个25g面团包上红豆沙馅，再轻轻揉成椭圆形。
5、用剩余的面团捏出4个柴犬耳朵，4个柴犬眉毛，2个柴犬鼻子和2个柴犬尾巴，并沾少量的清水贴上。
6、煮沸一锅清水，转中火，用漏勺下汤圆防止粘锅底，煮3-5分钟至汤圆浮起后捞出，放入红糖汁中。
*红糖汁：锅内倒入150ml清水和100g红糖，开小火慢煮5分钟，再加2勺水淀粉搅拌至粘稠出锅即可。
7、用毛刷蘸取红糖汁，刷出柴犬毛色，再用黑芝麻点缀柴犬眼睛和屁屁，用海苔剪出小三角点缀出鼻子，柴犬汤圆完成！
为什么要用内酯豆腐和糯米粉一起和面啊？猫咪汤圆咋就用糯米粉直接加水呢？
