圣诞树桩蛋糕：
*戚风蛋糕胚（以下为1个用量，需做两个）
1、3个鸡蛋分离蛋清蛋黄，分别倒入无水无油的干净容器中。
*注意蛋清里不要掺到蛋黄。
2、蛋黄中加15g玉米油、30g牛奶，用蛋抽打发至完全融合。筛入30g低筋面粉和15g可可粉，用蛋抽呈Z字形搅拌成光滑无颗粒状的面糊。
3、蛋清中挤入2滴柠檬汁，分3次加入35g白砂糖，打发至中性发泡状态。（提起打蛋器有软尖角）
4、取1/3蛋白霜入蛋黄液中翻拌均匀，再全部倒入剩下的蛋白霜中，翻拌均匀。
*一定要尽量轻，不能用力快速搅，不能搅拌次数过多，否则蛋白霜消泡会影响蛋糕的蓬发。
5、将28x28cm方形烤盘铺上烘培纸，倒入蛋糕糊，刮平面糊表面并轻震出气泡。
6、放入预热至上火175度，下火165度的烤箱中烤12分钟。取出烤好的蛋糕胚，上面先盖层油纸，再倒扣放凉。
*巧克力脆片
1、取250g巧克力碎，隔水加热至融化。
2、将融化好的巧克力液倒在烘培纸上，用刮片抹匀，稍微晾干用叉子划上树桩的纹理，自然凝固3~5分钟。
3、凝固好的巧克力片掰成一片一片的树皮形状。
*蛋糕组装
1、350g淡奶油+25g可可粉+40g白砂糖，打发至8成。
*打之前先手动搅匀，避免飞粉。
2、把放凉的两块蛋糕胚对半切开，得到四块大小一致的长方形蛋糕胚，用锯齿刀斜切两端。
3、取三块蛋糕胚（多出一块可以吃掉），均匀抹上约3mm厚的奶油。
4、先卷起一块，卷完放在第二块的一端，继续卷，总共卷三次。
5、两侧修平，放入盘中。
6、蛋糕外圈抹上一层奶油，将巧克力树皮贴上，小做修整。
7、装饰适量的迷迭香、醋栗果和榛子，撒上糖粉。
水果圣诞树：
用苹果做底，胡萝卜做树干，上面插上牙签，再插上喜欢的水果就好，最上面的星星是切片的杨桃☆
