  • I prepared delicious pancake powder today.
    Make 3 simple and delicious dishes with hot cake powder.
    Egg bread
    3 servings / 00:13
    80g of hot cake powder, 3 eggs, 50g of sugar,
    1 pinch of salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil,
    1 teaspoon vinegar,
    1/3 teaspoon baking powder
    18 minutes of steam.
    Butter Poundcake
    4 servings / 01:57
    220g of hot cake powder, 180g of butter, 140g of sugar,
    4 eggs, 1/3 teaspoon baking powder,
    Oven temperature: 180 degrees, 30 minutes.
    Bread frame: 22 wide x 10 long x 9 high
    a vegetable hot dog
    4 servings / 04:00
    200g of hot cake powder, 50ml of milk, 1 egg,
    6 Frank sausages, 1/4 onion,
    A little carrot, 1/3 green onion,

    핫케이크 가루로 진짜 다양하게 만들수있네요!
    빵으로 만든 것도 좋고! 마지막에 소시지빵! 누구나 좋아할!최고의메뉴예요!

      집에서 밀가루와 버터,우유, 계란, 설탕(기호)으로 만드셔도 되어요. 배합만 잘되면 파는것보다 맛있던데..마카롱여사님 레시피 참고하세용~~~

    예전에 어떤 제조사 핫케이크 가루 샀는데.. 뒤에 종이컵에 찐빵 해먹는 방법이 적혀 있었어요. 계란빵 보니 생각나네요.

      카스테라 만들때 계란흰자를 거품낼때 한쪽 방향으로 젓거든요. 양쪽으로 휘저으면 거품이 꺼져요. 그래서 이번에도 이왕이면 한쪽 방향으로 저었답니다. ^^

    첫번째 계란빵 위에같부분이 갈색동글한 점들이 생기는 거랑 안에 기포가 많이 생기는거는 왜그럴까요ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ몇번시도해도 영상만큼 안나와요..
