The Creative Stage Air V2 Speaker Bar is so cool because it's not just for your Desktop or Laptop Computer, it will also connect via USB to the PS4, PS5, the Nintendo Switch when docked, as well as your mobile devices through Bluetooth. If you choose to keep it under your Monitor that's cool, but if you choose it to be your 'on the go speaker, well that's fine too. I feel this is the perfect under the Monitor Speaker. Does it remember the last used volume setting after restarting the speaker?
I hate it when many other kinds of Bluetooth speakers forget that I set them to low volume and they shout at me with loud "Device is ready to play" etc. messages every time I turn them on.
I wish this speaker had also playback from MicroSD cards and USB flash, but no big deal, I can use my phone or mp3 player anyway.
Also, I wish it has at least minimal splash protection in case I want to use it outdoors.

Have you noticed any noise gate in the DSP chain? I have an Anker soundbar at the moment, great for music but for games and podcasts, it chops out the beginning of words 😭 the creative air v2 looks like a banger, hopefully no gate 🤞

Can this thing be paired with desctop 2.1 set Creative for a computer so it became 2.1+1?
Does still have the super annoying Bluetooth voice warning every time you turn it on on BT mode? Any way to turn it off? That and the constant humming when connecting to 3.5 really disappointed me from the Stage Air V1, which is sad because it's very convenient regarding form factor and sound quality.
How is it compared to Pabble V1 ? I want to replace my pabble with it .

for what i use it for its perfect, has quite a lot of base but i can’t fault it for £35 delivered😎 only con for me is wish it came with a remote seems as it’s a pc/tv speaker aswell, getting up to change volume is a lil annoying haha😂

I would like to use the soundbar for my PC which has a bluetooth dongle. The bluetooth will become active when turning on.
Is it making any sounds when is connecting to bluetooth (turning on the PC)?
Is it autmatically shuting down when turning of the PC (bluetooth OFF)?

It does make a sound when connecting via Bluetooth and when I turn my PC off, it will let me know Bluetooth is disconnected and then the speaker bar will turn off after a couple of minutes. Hope this helps.

Hey thanks for writing. The sound bar turns off when I power down my PC and then comes back on when I boot my PC. Pretty Cool!!!
I purchased the Stage Air V2 a month ago and have been loving the audio quality! For a one piece soundbar that does not come with any subwoofer, the bass performance on this guy is much better than any of the highly ranked budget amazon soundbars. In my experience I connect the sound bar to my PC using the USB cable and when my PC shuts down, it does not shut down on its own and defaults to Bluetooth mode (which i think is because of its built-in battery). This is not really a big deal for me because I often carry it around the house after using it under my monitor and continue to enjoy my music with the Bluetooth mode.
Hi, I also bought this soundbar recently and my experience is that it shuts down with my PC, but it doesn't turn on with it. It's weird that everyone has a different experience. Also, my soundbar doesn't remember the last set audio source (mine is Aux cable with USB plugged into a PC).
Sound quality is otherwise excellent!

This is tough because honestly they both sound amazing and you can’t go wrong either way. My pebble is connected to my other MAC. What I really love about the Stage Air is that it’s mobile and it also gives me a little more space on my desk.

Can Bluetooth be disabled ?
if you plug it in to a PS5 and put PS5 to rest mode, will that still give it enough power to use as a Aux or BT speaker, looking for something I can leave plugged into PS5 but then still use for BT or 3,5mm when the PS5 is in rest mode

@@TechFit360 thanks for the reply I actually bought the soundbar on a whim was going to return it if it didn't but it indeed does stay charged and powered using the PS5 in rest mode
have it connected to PC for BT and when I turn on the PS5 it automatically cuts over to USB audio

My Air v1 lasted only 11 months and not charging anymore, exactly like my previous UE Boom, total bs both.
Fortunately, the defective Stage Air made me look at the Creative Stage bar and was recommended by Consumer Reports. I got and so far, knock on wood, GREAT! Physically compact for my equally small desk and although it doesn't have higher-tier audio like Sonos gear or surround Atmos, it's good enough for my computer, tv, music and gaming needs! The subwoofered bass is very satisfying too.
I'm sure I made my 140 CAD back since then!
