Kavitha your Bagara rice demo was wonderful n just by looking at the prepared dish,wow!! excellent Kavitha 💐 Here we call it ghee rice. When mutton is added it’s mutton biryani n if chicken added chicken biryani.In my home I have to always prepare ghee rice because of individual preference. Chicken,mutton n prawns I prepare individually ready to be mixed with the ghee rice. I divide the rice into 3 portions n stir in the 3 different nonveg items separately in each portion of rice.Served with cucumber pineapple salad. Thanks Kavitha,your explanation n manners of speech is excellent. I am born n bred in Malaysia but am very very particular about our Indian Culture.🙏🙏🌹🌹
