Instagram is the fulltime job I never wanted. I don't want to feel obligated to post videos of me and what I am doing every single day. For me personally it's draining and ya'll don't want to see what I look like when my camera is not on for creating TH-cam Content lol

I always share my reels cause I'm worried they won't be seen by my followers otherwise. Guess it is time to experiment by not doing that!

I’m trying to work on my Story views as well. I have 100% noticed if I let the story expire and then post that my views are significantly higher. I’ve tried using the sticker tap too but I don’t think my audience knows how to use it (tbh I had never seen it before myself and wouldn’t have known lol).

Have you tried if deleting a story has the same effect as of letting it expire by itself. For example if it’s a flop - delete and post a new one? Also, few times I succeeded boosting a flop story by posting a poll story after that which drove more traffic for the previous one as well
I really enjoyed this video. I definitely prefer the optimized method when it comes to posting because I am don't have the time posting every day 2-3× a day

This is so interesting! I know from my own experience how bad sharing reels preforms too, so I’m curious what you recommend- just don’t worry about shouting out new content in stories? trust the feed algorithm will show it? I end up doing it because I’m not sure what else to do 😂
I have been grinding at the consistent method for a long time, but I find that if I share posts in the mix of my original content that the views massively drop and the next day if the story is continuing on instead of completely finishing then it is much much lower. As an artist I take work in progress shots and usually have a blurb of text or an interactive sticker in each slide, if I start and finish a piece within one day these stories pop off.

It seems that a lot of the stories "time stamps" still have your default of 8:00AM in the overlays, which is sad because knowing the times would have been helpful!
Cool! Thanks. I have a question about Google Photos back up. I use the same but it gets so fast full. How do you do? I have 100 GB plan, but still...it get super fast full if I use Google Photos as backup. Tips about it?

in our stories we have to always show our faces? that impact the engagement?
Does replying with an emoji (the swipe up ones) count as a DM reply ? 🤔
I find that it does. After I have a couple people reply with the reactions like that the story gets more views. Not by much but still more than none :)
The only thing that works for me are actual replies or lots of reactions. Polls dont do as much
For some reason, on my stories, I'll get 50 or so sticker taps, replies, and hearts, but IG will only show 0-2 engagements every time. They are at least mostly from real accounts (i don't know some of them, but a lot are from regular customers at my shop that I recognize, so it shouldn't be because of spam accounts that the engagements aren't showing up. Any ideas?
Why is sharing a reel on your story is bad? I was told that every time I posted a reel to always share it on my story
"the more you post the more views you get.. even though in total you get less per story" - What? What does that mean lol
To me when you post consistent and the view are low. You are just reaching the same audience over and over again. So its move total view but it is really more people. You aren't reengaging old view. Mostly maintaining the same core audience
