Hello JC. I recently purchased a OW pint. Prior to my purchase I spent time watching your videos and educating myself so that I got off to the right and safe start. I have total respect for my OWP and always wear my safety gear! Your videos and all that you impart...not only shortened my learning curve but gave me a new outdoor hobby that I will enjoy for years to come! The Lazyboy protective hoodie is righteous and I will purchase one at the end of the summer(I reside in SoCal). I want to close by sending you a massive thanks for doing things the right and safe way🤝 To The Future💫
Your head is the most important and your wrists are the most fragile. I find that's the peak of diminishing returns. You can have all the gear in the world and still tear your MCL trying to step off a onewheel, I know from experience
Jimmy Chang because of you, your channel and all your great advice I'm buying my first onewheel XR+ this week! Because I live in remote Australia it will be a online order. So won't be too long and I'll be taking my first ride. I don't have any safety gear yet but I've been watching all your videos to see what you recommend. Thanks for the great videos and all the great advice. Keep it up! #1protect
The Flatline gloves are amazing. I nose-dived today going 20 MPH and the gloves worked amazingly!!! Honestly, they are a must-have if you use EUC's. It's not a matter of if you crash its a matter of when you crash.
#1protect. Hi jimmy how are you. It’s a pleasure to see your videos. I currently don’t have any wrist guards because I lost my job don’t have the means to purchase one. I was just using some old leather gloves but I know they don’t protect if anything happens while riding my ONEWHEEL XR. I don’t even have a helmet. Thank you!!!! Take care jimmy.
After two totally unexpected fairly low speed nosedives in one week, I decided not to tempt fate any longer by upgrading my old skate helmet for the Bell Super R Air full face helmet and my old inline knee and elbow pads with the new Poc VPD Air Fabio edition. One of my falls almost broke a rib and has damaged the muscles around it so I shall be buying the POC VPD System Torso for chest and back protection. A fantastic investment to keep me up and running instead of nursing injuries and looking at my Pint longingly !🙏🏾
Thanks. I just ordered the Lazy Rolling armored hoodie, Fxnction Shredder Half Finger Wrist Guards, and still using my hockey ccm gear on elbows and legs. I prefer the hard shell for the ability to slide. I guess its my tried and true match from years of aggressive rolling blading before I started e scooting. Thanks for your advice. Love your channel.
I really like the idea of the hoodie but am too concerned that during a violet crash the elbow and shoulder pads will shift. I've read anecdotal stories of them failing to protect.
Definitely not for super high speed and risky riding. You'll need more protection than that. I just don't ride at high speeds so it works for my needs.
That's what the thumb hole is for, so they stay in place. They don't really have much room to move around outside of that as long as you get the right size. Love mine
Yeah...I will follow your instructions. Sunglasses and cap is a must 😎when the sun is low. Twice I needed to put my hands in front of me to block the sun. Very bad for balance. You need to watch the road at all times. Edit Motorhelm will not let you hear your surroundings. Bike helmet with chin gard is my preferred protection. Rearview mirror I would also recommend, just so you're not surprised by other traffic.
Check out the IXS Carve Evo+ knee guards. They’re not bulky, have saved my knees during mountain biking, seem to be of high quality (been using then a lot for over a year, still no wear visible), and I always wear them under my pants when Onewheeling. They also have elbow guards of the same style. My new helmet is actually a Triple8 Gotham Darklight Silver, which looks low key during the day and has retroreflective coating for night rides, which actually looks amazing. Also using the leathery Hired Hands wrist guards from Triple8, but they do make using a phone a bit harder.
Jimmy a lot of the Vegas EUC group riders wear the Fox Racing knee and shin guards. They are a little bulky but have quick disconnect feature that makes putting them on and taking them off the easiest part of your gear up!
I ride downhill bikes also so I have tons of gear I could wear. While riding my ow I have 2 sets of gear. A. heavy trial gear. I use this when I'm riding really steep decline lines ( if you have to set your nose to be neutral at anything over -6 pitch to have the tail clear the slope.) Or drops, or basically anything where you WILL crash, as I did when I learned bail out procedures while riding g down steep grass and intentionally powering g off the wheel while I full speed decline. This consists of Full 661 pressure suit, with spine guard, full face helmet, and knee padding. My common riding gear is a regular skate helmet, and g form on my lead arm, also I NEVER ride without a backpack, this is basic easy back protection. Sometimes I ride with nothing except a pack Gloves are ALWAYS used I also recommend practice crashing, if you get one dived I can say that I tested nose diving for a full day. When you dive if you can tuck your lead shoulder quick and roll to your back pack, you will save a broken shoulder, clavache. It will feel un natural at first unless you have experience eating shit .. this needs to become an instant reaction that you don't think about to be effective.. I don't crash often at all ( serious crashes ) but I ride a LOT of single track with roots and rocks.. I will be making a kick flip one wheel video when the weather stops, something I learned accidentally wearing full gear and riding ledges, its possible to do, just not how you would traditionally do it ;)
Great info Jimmy as always! I was initially not into safety gear at all. Back in the 90's when I used to mountain bike a lot on my Klein (shows my age) I debated even wearing a helmet. Fortunately, I wore a helmet and have always worn one when I ride my bike, electric scooter or Onewheel. I have done a complete 180 in regards to helmets and just upgraded to MIPs enabled snowboard/ski helmet. I personally think helmets can look very cool now. I may even pick-up a Ruroc if I ever want to go full face. I like having a snowboard/ski helmet as they are usually rated higher for collision impact. In addition, many have removable ear flaps and adjustable venting so they are good in winter and summer. I also tend to use snowboard/ski goggles as they are awesome with visibility and keeping the wind out of your eyes. At speeds over 20MPH you really need eye protection from just the wind itself or the random bee :) I wear gloves for warmth and grip but may consider something with some palm padding. I really do love that armored hoodie and may consider getting one.
I currently use the Triple 8 Hired hands which are great for protection but render my hands useless with them on. I have been eyeballing the #1protect and would love to have a pair. Thanks for the great content Jimmy! Keep it up! 😷🤙
"Will i use/ wear it?" is a fantastic guide for pretty much anything. toothbrushes, safety gear, exercise, etc. I used to wear fingerless gloves, but one wreck messed up what was exposed enough that I swore I would do my best not to let that happen again. I use my hands too much. So I wont be entering the giveaway, of the gloves anyway ;) I use full finger hillbilly. I have 2 pair. I broke the plastic palm piece offroading on the onewheel. the leather is so thick on the palm that i decided the protection is still good. Plus there is still a ridged plastic piece that goes over the top of the hand for support. without the bulky palm piece i am more free to use my hands. i may clip the very tip of the finger off for cellphone use. hillbilly gloves are probably over-protective, but great value for the money! 6 kids and thoughts of injury is enough to enforce that I put on my elbow and knee pads, even though i don't like them a lot. I do forget about them after a while though (that I'm wearing them that is). Maybe look into some mountain biking knee pads? unfortunately I've never used any to give a personal recommendation, but it seems like they would make sense. bikers are bending and flexing their knees more than anyone. should be comfortable and flexy? worth a look/ shot? id like to give the triple 8 exoskeleton knee and elbow pads a try for reasons resembling those said above #craftandride
Hey Jimmy I been following your videos for nearly a year now and the quality has gone up considerably. Always great stuff and while I’m not able to ride my boards rn. During the winter time in CA I wear Mechanix Mpact gloves as they have minimalist padding so I can hold my remote and tough flexible plastic to protect my knuckles in case of a fall. When it gets warmer I only have bicycle gloves but they are been to flimsy for the impacts I might experience. I saw these fingerless gloves and just had to have them. Hope your family and you stay healthy and safe during these times. #1protect
I like the statement use what you have. I have a bunch of skateboard gear. Love pro designed wrist guards, had them for 13 years! 187 pro knee pads bell super 3r and full chest protector by fox.
Currently only using a triple 8 helmet and the hill billy gloves. Never heard of the hoodie before and will be looking into it! The 1protect gloves are also nice!
You know I was thinking, you might want to consider reviewing the LazyRolling pants next. If they are as good as the hoodies, they'd probably be worth the purchase. I am considering ordering a pair as I was so satisfied with their hoodie product.
I enjoy your videos Jimmy! Keep it coming! I love seeing your riding sessions esp with family and places you visit. I used your code to get the performance armored hoodie!
Thanks for talking about these products! I started out looking into half helmets or modular ones until I saw Hsiang's Z10 face plant video a while back. Since then I've only been looking at full face helmets. The thing that I hate is finding a helmet people will agree is safe and that doesn't break the bank can be hard. Still, I guess in the most general terms, something is better than nothing.
Hey Jimmy - I just ordered the wrist guards that are actually selling on the Onewheel site under accessories. So I really like your video. I'm a motorcyclist and that hoodie looks amazing. Totally picking one up and thank you for letting me know it exists! I live in Wisconsin, so the extra warmth will come in handy on most Spring and Fall days! #1protect
Hi, regarding the LazyRolling Armored Hoodie, how's the fit and fabric stretch of the material? Did you stick with the sizing chart or went one size up to compensate for the CE1 paddings? The reason I asked, I measured 42" around the chest and on their sizing chart, I should be a medium but not sure if it's a tight fit especially if there's no give on the fabric infused with Kevlar. Hopefully, it doesn't shrink in the wash/dryer as well. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks and stay safe!
Sorry, posting comments before finishing the video.. knee protection is important. I had a crash on my boosted (at night, during high winds, hit a large branch in the road). I fractured my tibial plateau and was on crutches for months. I always wear hip protection from Shock Doctor and Dakine's Slayer knee pads.
You probably know by now, but the Leatt dual axis knee pads are the best. Easy to clip on and adjust, super comfortable even on bare skin, and best range of motion.
The only con about the onewheel is that you van fall if it dives. Could you do a review in the "dive safe" front wheels? Also, I haven't found it. But I wonder if there is a handle or something for the onewheel which an escooter has to increase stability and ride more comfortably. Or if there is an escooter that has it's wheels in a way that it can turn just as good as a Onewheel or an EUC while keeping that control a Onewheel has over an EUC.
Uno medical makes a product called "fabric roll stretch" which is a cotton bandage with adhesive on one side and comes in a roll like tape.. i use this on the top edge of g form armor so it does ot shift around. Also to him y, I can assure you that g form is better armor than you think, it will not help as much with a non glancing g impact it I can say that on my downhill bike last year I clipped a rock and went superman over the bars directly into a boulder field impact on both elbows at a clocked speed of over 50 kmh ( canadian ),wreaked my helmet and tire the g form.. I guarantee I would have suffered a broken elbow had i not on been wearing it. Its easier to understand how g form works if you put it on something g and then punch it hard and fast ( don't mess up your hand though ) its seppd reactive so its plush if you push on it, quite a different thing at speed impacts.. early versions s of this material became hard like plastic after impacts dispersing the potential energy Into a energy conversion of state ( similar to latent heat ) .. it was great but was 0immefiatelly garbage after an impact of any real magnitude.
@@freshlycharged I only wear one on my lead arm unless I'm going to do a lot of switch riding... crashing is an art... stay safe Jimmy, glad the teflon tapes holding it together still;) :)
I use the Hillbilly glove for wrist and hand protection. They are bulky, but seem to be tough enough to handle an accidental nose dive. I'll look into the Flatland 3D, and the ProTect gloves. #1protect. Have you looked at the Master Lock Street Cuff lock for locking up the Onewheel?, It seems like it would do a good job and a LockPick TH-camr guy gives a high rating, Bosnianbill.
@@freshlycharged I haven't found the right product that will meet the expectations. I"m looking for a hip cover that can be put on clothes and only on one side.
Another great video. People don't think they want to wear safety gear ... until they bail and wish they had ... I use a Triple-8 helmet, and some generic brand wrist-guards, which work really well. I had one wipeout where I'm positive I would have had a broken wrist and serious hamburger hands ... denied! I could definitely use the #1protect gloves as an option, and I'm liking the idea of the bumsaver (size L) from #craftandride . Cheers!
Hi, Jimmy. Not a micromobility user yet. Still deciding, but leaning toward the OneWheel Pint. No safety gear yet. I really appreciate videos like these though. I’m in my 40s and know I won’t recover like my 20s. Cheers! #1protect
Jimmy: Been watching your channel and learning from it. I 3 weeks ago bought the pint. got 8 miles on it today. Last evening I added the fishbones which made the board much easier on my feet. Today i road it and had a nose dive with no warning. Question have you seen anything that leeds to this condition with the fishbones pad? tks for any inof you have. Keep up the great videos i have but watched all of your vids and shared with others.
Love the video like always specially when you add your kids and in my experience is fine and now recovering from being hit by a car which I didn’t expect I found these wrist guards that Marty an EUC TH-camr recommended and since they cut mine away from my accident I had to get new ones but I had the hillbilly ones and it wouldn’t allow me to bend my wrist and when I went to catch myself in my fall it only had my fingers and it broke all three of my fingers on one side so I got these new wrist guards that add a little bit of flex and absorb the shock and I’m really liking them they’re like 80 bucks but I got them on sale for 60 check them out I really like them.
I use the triple 8 wrist guards, they are sold on onewheels site as well but I’ve had them since I used to skateboard. They work really well and have saved my wrists and hands many times, however after washing it so many times the Velcro is starting to not work well, I’ve been eyeing the #1protec gloves for a while and would love to win one! I have 2 onewheels and one pair of wrist guards so you’d be helping someone stay safe :)
Jimmy Chang thank you for replying, after reading your article on the gloves I wanted to let you know that you can buy some liquid drops that make the cloth active for cell phone screens, I bought that on Amazon as well as an attachment similar to a tack that also allows for screen use. Great content as usual!
Great video. I wear a good pair of motorcycle gloves which provide abrasion resistance but unfortunately not the wrist protection I'd like. I just got my first EUC (used Airwheel x3). It has very limited speed so hopefully I can outrun it if I need to. Lol
I'm trying to figure out what size LazyRolling Armored Hoodie to get, but their sizing chart seems off to me. I get dramatically different size recommendations based on what I measure. For reference Jimmy, what size did you wear? It seems to fit you quite nicely.
I used to use cheap-ish wrist guards that I had for inline skating but each had three Velcro straps so took ages to put on. I bought some triple 8 hired hands gloves because they only have one strap each but I have yet to try them. No idea how to solve the knee pad problem. I have some bulky downhill skate ones that at least can strap over jeans and also some low profile g-form-like knee sleeves that go under jeans but neither solution is ideal. I bought some motorcycle jeans from AliExpress with removable knee pads but they are yet to arrive. I’d be keen for some free stuff too but I doubt you would want to ship it all the way to New Zealand! #1Protect gloves look good and I like the look of the exoskin knee pads from #craftandride
Thank you Jimmy for your OneWheel videos! Just purchased my first Onewheel this week. Cant wait to start riding my new XR! I've got the top half of my body covered with a new helmet and wrist guards. Now I'm hoping to get the bottom half covered with #craftandride Bumsaver for Onewheel. And a 2nd pair of wristguards will always come in handy #1protect
Always solid advice Jimmy, "respect the sharks". I was looking at the Armored hoodie since you did your first flatland gloves video. I currently use my train operator gloves for riding, lol probably not the best protection but I operate a train in NYC during a pandemic so you know I like to live on the edge :) #1protect. #craftandride I would defiantly like some protection for my elbows so I'd wish for those Exoskin Elbow pads. Great video as always Jim and thanks for doing a safety equipment video.
I'd love some hand/wrist protection! Wearing a brain bucket only right now, and scraped up my palms today. Love to get a #1protect to protect myself in the future!
I use Triple Right wrist guards. Bought 2 weeks ago and have been using them ever since. Still not sure if I'll keep to it, but I'm trying. Thanks for another great video with great info! #1protect
I use a set of cheap Amazon knee/elbow pads and wrist guards with a Bell skateboard style helmet most of the time. I at first used my full street motorcycle gear until I at least mostly understood the OW, and it saved my skin multiple times, as did the Amazon gear, to a somewhat lesser extent, but still way better than nothing. I'm currently looking into the next version of protection for my family and me as we continue exceeding the original speed limit of the human body. #1protect
If you enjoy the lazyrolling hoodie, they also offer padded sweatpants. Like you said, they can get hot on warm days but they are very comfortable compared to other bulky knee pads. #1protect
do you know where i can get the flatland 3d gloves? everyone seems to be out of them. Everything else i found somewhere after checking multiple sources. Just the gloves i can't find. thanks man
the hand protection i currently use is my epidermis. pretty fragile stuff but it’s free. i am definitely in the market for wrist and hand guards #1protect thanks for doing these Jimmy!
I didn't realize you got a Nik 84; mine's arriving tomorrow! So excited! I got some Demon Flexmeter wrist guards but I'd love a better set of protective gloves for my son, who is learning now and using bicycle gloves! #1protect
I have the JBM kit with the knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. Can't use my phone very well with the wrist guard, but I was happy to have them on when I did a nosedive the other day #1protect
I would want either the “thousand heritage helmet” or the “Lumos Matrix” those are both so cool 😍 #craftandride Also! G-form makes knee pads too, & I’m thinking about checking them out, i hate bulkiness as well, but I figure it’s better than nothing 🤷🏽♂️
Hopefully I'm not getting greedy! Haha thanks for the love man! Lumos matrix helmet! Because I don't have any safety gear yet, despite losing a chunk from my arm. 😣 #1protect #onewheel #craftandride
Currently using triple 8 hired hands for wrist protection. Like them except the velcro on one of the gloves has almost completely failed. Would not purchase again because of this huge flaw. Not sure how you mess up velcro. #1protect
If you are looking for full upper body protection in summer much like your hoody may I suggest a motorcycle jacket like the one I have it by ICON it is the Jersey jacket. It has removable sleeves not that you need to take them off. It also has D3 padding that is very flexible and goes hard on impact then back to flexible. The biggest thing I like about this jersey is that I live in Florida and I can wait this jacket all summer long it has the best breath ability of any jacket I have used. They are not cheep but worth the money and it was designed for motorcycles so I’m sure it will protect you on a ECU. I would put pics but not sure how to add them here not even sure I can. Lol. #1protect
rn I just wear weight lifting gloves? they pretty much only protect my hands from road rash, but when I've fallen I was very thankful to have them! I've broken my wrist twice before which was not fun so I should probably get actual wrist guards #1protect
Well if I HAD a Onewheel I'd probably go off of your recommendation and pick up the same pair of #1protect gloves you're giving away. Same goes for the #Craft&Ride gear; ExoSkin elbow pads and knee pads would be a must. I'd also pick up a great helmet but I'm stuck between the retro OneWheel helmet or the cool looking mountain bike helmet you wear. I'd definitely be one of those guys wearing crazy cool looking gear while zooming by haha. If only I were eligible for the stimulus check I'd definitely be picking up a Onewheel Pint!
#1protect, I have have triple 8 hand pads, but my brother has none. And I have the full face TSG helmet if you remembered, but I could use a black regular helmet for the summer too #craftandride Triple 8 again, would be perfect !
I wear a nice layer of scrapes on my hands in case of a fall...#1protect. Always wear a triple 8 full face helmet but don't have a pair of gloves so 1protect gloves or thousand helmet for summer time would be great #craftandride

#1protect
Thanks dude! Been learning slot in how to edit from friends and online tutorials. I love the entire process... Riding, filming, editing.
This is the coolest video, EVER. The kids are the stars. Many Thanks
The lumos matrix is awesome for its visibility and protection
Have you checked out the arc'teryx knee caps? I wear mine and they are pretty easy on and off, and seem like they offer good protection.
I use the following:
Motorcycle helmet (jaw and nose bro!)
Padded jacket
Gloves (for scraps on concrete)
Wrist guard
Knee/shinguards
Jeans
New Onewheel owner. Thanks for making great informational content. Been looking for gloves at this may have convinced me on the flatland 3Ds.
That's reassuring to hear. They will be my go to during summer rides.
@@freshlycharged I only wear one on my lead arm unless I'm going to do a lot of switch riding... crashing is an art... stay safe Jimmy, glad the teflon tapes holding it together still;) :)
I also wear the same Bell helmet....👍
You had to buy the hoodie pads separately, right?
I use the Hillbilly glove for wrist and hand protection. They are bulky, but seem to be tough enough to handle an accidental nose dive. I'll look into the Flatland 3D, and the ProTect gloves. #1protect. Have you looked at the Master Lock Street Cuff lock for locking up the Onewheel?, It seems like it would do a good job and a LockPick TH-camr guy gives a high rating, Bosnianbill.
Have not tried that lock. The mini u lock does the job for my XR... oneradwheel.com/how-to-lock-your-onewheel-and-other-ow-security-tips/
Hej, what about hip protection? When you will
got any recs for hip protection?
@@freshlycharged I haven't found the right product that will meet the expectations. I"m looking for a hip cover that can be put on clothes and only on one side.
Ok but where did you get that awesome fender with the flashlight mod ??
What model is the black and yellow Bell helmet with removeable chin guard?
Have you checked out Rev'It Wind Jacket for warm weather riding at about $200 through Revzilla.
Cheers!
You never feel like you need it until you need it.
That terrain looks very familiar. Are you in Westminster Colorado?
Currently using the Hillbilly Wrist Guard Gloves but they're like 5 years old now... time for some new ones... #1protect
Why are the flatland fingerless gloves an improvement over the full fingered version?
Stitching on the full finger was poor. They had quality issues.
Jimmy Chang thank you for replying, after reading your article on the gloves I wanted to let you know that you can buy some liquid drops that make the cloth active for cell phone screens, I bought that on Amazon as well as an attachment similar to a tack that also allows for screen use. Great content as usual!
Have you found something to replace your hoodie for very hot days?
Dream of upgrading my cheap tried 8 to a lumos Matrix 😍😍😍😍
Enjoy hill billy gloves and tile 8 pads
Great video. I wear a good pair of motorcycle gloves which provide abrasion resistance but unfortunately not the wrist protection I'd like. I just got my first EUC (used Airwheel x3). It has very limited speed so hopefully I can outrun it if I need to. Lol
I'm trying to figure out what size LazyRolling Armored Hoodie to get, but their sizing chart seems off to me. I get dramatically different size recommendations based on what I measure. For reference Jimmy, what size did you wear? It seems to fit you quite nicely.
I have a medium. I'm 5'10"
@@freshlycharged Thank you that will help. I like your videos and find them to be very helpful. Keep it up.
Please get the MIPS, dude! Your head and wonderful mind are worth it!
I wear MIPS with my full face. Thanks!
Safety isn't sexy but it's important. Stay safe!
I'd love some hand/wrist protection! Wearing a brain bucket only right now, and scraped up my palms today. Love to get a #1protect to protect myself in the future!
Leatt Dual Axis knee protectors are great for EUC riding and super easy to put on
Great! I'll check it out.
I use Triple Right wrist guards.
Bought 2 weeks ago and have been using them ever since.
Still not sure if I'll keep to it, but I'm trying.
Thanks for another great video with great info!
#1protect
Those 1protect gloves look awesome, sleek design. That #craftandride Lumos helmet too, definitely an eye catcher for some night riding 👀
new to the euc world just orderd my first one the mss 😁 some gear would come in handy!
#1protect
Jimmy would you say that you are now 50% onewheel and 50% EUC now?
Just finishing that video for probably next week.
If you enjoy the lazyrolling hoodie, they also offer padded sweatpants. Like you said, they can get hot on warm days but they are very comfortable compared to other bulky knee pads. #1protect
Have you tried them?
do you know where i can get the flatland 3d gloves? everyone seems to be out of them. Everything else i found somewhere after checking multiple sources. Just the gloves i can't find. thanks man
I can't find the Flatland 3D Pro gloves anywhere :(
Cool! I usually use the flatland 3d gloves. The 1Protect is cool from Craft & Ride.
What fender do you recommend? #1protect #craftandride
the hand protection i currently use is my epidermis. pretty fragile stuff but it’s free. i am definitely in the market for wrist and hand guards #1protect thanks for doing these Jimmy!
I didn't realize you got a Nik 84; mine's arriving tomorrow! So excited!
I got some Demon Flexmeter wrist guards but I'd love a better set of protective gloves for my son, who is learning now and using bicycle gloves! #1protect
I hope you love it! My review on that EUC is on my website. Make sure to enter the craft and ride giveaway too!
I have the JBM kit with the knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. Can't use my phone very well with the wrist guard, but I was happy to have them on when I did a nosedive the other day #1protect
It's always hot here.. Or raining.. Too bad, I like the hoodie
I would want either the “thousand heritage helmet” or the “Lumos Matrix” those are both so cool 😍 #craftandride
Also! G-form makes knee pads too, & I’m thinking about checking them out, i hate bulkiness as well, but I figure it’s better than nothing 🤷🏽♂️
Wow thousand heritage helmets are beautiful! Wish there was chin protection though
I'm using the wrist protectors that came with my ks 16s from eWheels. Not sure what they are called. #1protect
I’m using these old old Bauer rollerblade guards, time to update #1protect
The Exoskin elbow pads from #craftandride look amazing!
I wear 'triple 8 mesh wrist guards' which are at the end of their life, but those #1protect gloves would be a nice replacement. #1protect
Hopefully I'm not getting greedy! Haha thanks for the love man! Lumos matrix helmet! Because I don't have any safety gear yet, despite losing a chunk from my arm. 😣 #1protect #onewheel #craftandride
I wonder why they include a hoodie. Like, if someone's going to armor up their body, wouldn't they wear a helmet?
Currently using triple 8 hired hands for wrist protection. Like them except the velcro on one of the gloves has almost completely failed. Would not purchase again because of this huge flaw. Not sure how you mess up velcro. #1protect
I’ve been using Fox MTB gloves for years. Lightweight, full finger and do a great job for abrasion protection. #1protect
Wouldn't mind winning the gloves... For my EUC when it's really warm out I use a Motorcycle Air Jacket... It's a mesh jacket with body armor in it...
Oh and #1protect, just a simple cheap slide gloves with pucks removed, sometimes...
I've been using the Docmeter/Flexmeter double-side wrist guards for the last 5 years. Love em!
Lol. #1protect
Checking it out! Thanks
#1protect I don’t ware anything yet because my one wheel comes on 1-3 days
rn I just wear weight lifting gloves? they pretty much only protect my hands from road rash, but when I've fallen I was very thankful to have them!
Those Flexmeter wrist guards seem excellent, definitely look like they would keep the wrists safe :) #craftandride
what's the name of your EUC ???
Gotway Nikola... here's the review on my blog: oneradwheel.com/gotway-nikola-4000-mile-review/
Great video brooo
I actually use the flatland3d fingerless pro glove for hand protection, but it never hurts to have more gloves just in case. #1protect
Just ordered my Pint thanks to your videos. Would love to have the Bumsaver for Onewheel™ by Triple 8 #CraftandRide
I use gloves, wrist guards, motorcycle helmet, and during longer rides I'll throw in the Knee and shin pads. #1protect
