I've come to China over 20 years ago from Europe and helping to make China's Greater Bay Area the sustainable utopia of living. The vision is to give anyone who lives here the feeling of belonging and quality living in harmony and peace where your children will grow up to be the people we all wish them to be. Live the dream and come to see the reality!

@iGetComputersPuting Crime is none existent here. I feel totally safe walking home at 2am at night. Because there are EVs everywhere, I feel the air is so clean. The apartments built now are totally luxurious and reasonably prices. It’s affordable living. I just ask people to come and experience it. I have lived in most parts of the world so I have first hand experience and China is the place now to live. Try it.

Actually, those differences led China and the US to grow ever further apart
Reason 1: There's no slaughter, loot and genocide against ethnic minorities in China, the 'I Can't Breathe' incident never happened in China.
Reason 2: China does not allow 1% of the population to own more than 90% of the population's total wealth.
Reason 3: China does not allow its people to die in mass shootings, let alone let school children get massacred by guns.
Reason 4: China does not allow the drug problem to plague the country and kill more than 100,000 people every year.
Reason 5: China has never invaded other countries or engaged in colonial expansion.
Reason 6: China never interferes in the internal affairs of other countries, and never seeks and fosters agents abroad.
Reason 7: China has never based its foreign policies on 'We lied, we cheated, we stole. It reminds you of the glory of the American experiment.(Pompeo)'
Reason 8: China has never sought to dominate the world, nor deprived any country (region) of its right of development. On the contrary, China shares development and prosperity with all trading partners.
Reason 9: China will never do anything to weaken or eliminate an opponent in order to win. Instead, China is focused on bettering itself.
Reason 10: China never fires missiles at wandering balloons, but heavily invests in better infrastructures so Chinese people can enjoy better life, safety and health.
Reason 11: China advocates and pursues in 'Unite and Prosper', the US practices and believes in 'Divide and Rule'.
Reason 12: China prefers 'Seek common interest and reserve difference', the US prefers 'Either at the table or on the menu.'
Conclusion: China's system truly reflects 'of the people, by the people, for the people', the US system betrayed Abraham Lincoln's idea, it truly manifested 'of the 1% people, by the 1% people, for the 1% people'.

      Quoted by you:
"This is why Chine society trust and support their Government. China's economic miracle could never be achieved without the love and support of its people"
it is not the society but it is the people !!
More 95% of the Chinese people
LOVE, SUPPORT & RESPECT THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT
under the Communist Party of China
with President Xi as their LEADER !!
An old ancient military strategist once said to
      the Emperor
with his finger wagging & finger pointing & angrily at
      the Emperor:
"WITHOUT the love & support & respect
      of the people,
THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE A COUNTRY" !!!
He expected to be beheaded but was NOT for saying that!!!
      Sima Yi !!!
That is why the first thing the
Communist Party of China ever since
did the ONLY thing that can achieve that:
Uplifted more than 800 million people from POVERTY !!

Street cameras everywhere in China saves the country billions of cost spent on crowd management and in enforcement on law n order and public security. Compared to cities in the West, China cities are speck n clean and crime rate is extremely low. Only in US that shoplifting or robbing stores of goods is legalized for value less than US$1,000. US legislators must be mad beyond redemption.
Western elected representatives owed a duty to their constituencies to visit China and see for themselves how far ahead China is in its development. This will save them embarrassment for being so ignorant and ridiculous in their time trapped perception of China. If they cannot face the realities, then it is a failure of democracy.

    • @George-k6o9t
      @George-k6o9t 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

In truth, I don't believe that Western elected representatives especially in the U.s. and the U.K. WANT to visit China because if they did and returned to their home country, their people will start demanding, "WHY CAN'T WE HAVE NICE THINGS LIKE THE CHINESE?" - to which their representatives have no answer. However, if they didn't go, they can always (1) continue to lie about the state of affairs in China and (2) claim that they' "didn't know" and one cannot "compare what is an unknown".
Political trickery is the reason why, now that China has opened up and granted free visas for specific countries as well as invite American students to visit as guests of China, the U.S. State Department has begun issuing "Level 3" warnings against traveling to China. They just don't want their own citizens to see the real China and want to keep their own people, deaf, dumb and blind and continue to believe in the lies told to them. This is incredible - never do I ever thought I'd see the day when the U.S. would begin using North Korean tactics in keeping their people down that deep well of ignorance..

If you think China's success is partly because of CCTV cameras then you are wrong. Those cameras do help but is not the main reason. It's our culture, education including family education at home taught by our parents. Our good government sincerely works for our people and nation. All these brought us to where we are today.
Please google this. "Country with the highest cameras per Capita" to know which country in this world is the highest. But that country is becoming like a hellhole.

Thank you for the informative video about China. I visited China 16 years ago. They were busy building and improving their infrastructure. Everywhere is dusty, noise, and rerouting roads. I have to hired someone to guide me and endure many hardship during that trip. February 2024, I visited China again traveled alone. I was scared, but my trip turned out wonderful. I was shocked how easy to hop on a public transportation in China to go anywhere. Many parks access to public buses with 2 yuan for a ride. Everywhere is clean and full of Chinese working out, singing, dancing, playing games, and simply walking with family members days or night in the parks. After the trip, I don't think I want to waste my money to travel anywhere till I visited every city in China. The best is China is safe, clean, and cost me very little. I can't wait to take the rest my family and relatives with me to visit this beautiful country. My conclusion is the Chinese government invested in their people and their country. Our USA government just wasted my tax dollars and doesn't care what happen to our future generations.

  • @dranzacspartan8002
    @dranzacspartan8002 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +43

The answer to the question is quite simple. It all has to do with the make-up of the Government.
USA is a Corporatist Country. As such, they have a Government filled with Corporate Lawyers.
China is a Technocratic Country. As such, they have a Government filled with Technocrats (e.g. Engineers, Scientist, Technicians, Mathematics, etc. President Xi is NOT a Corporate Lawyer but a Chemical Engineer).
So when you have a Government in the 21st Technological Age, which Government do you think is going to do best for ALL their citizens?
When there is a Civic problem in USA (such as bridge collapse, new roads need to be built, High Speed Rail networks need to be establish, affordable health care for all, etc) a Government full of Corporate Lawyers are going to run to all the affected Corporations to see if it does any damage to their profits. If so, then they write laws (USA Government all themselves 'law makers') to protect, or compensate the Corporations with Tax Payers money, even though they don't pay taxes, and they're Private Corporations.
However, a Government full of Technocrats, facing the same problem, can investigate the problem, come up with solutions, design the constructions and have the problem built/solved. This is why China, during the Covid 19 Pandemic was able to build an additional 1,000 bed modern, AI hospital in 10 days.
This is why sanctions and restrictions on China doesn't work. Every time USA tries to block and stop China, their Technocratic Government is able to construct new pathways in months (e.g. USA kicks out China from the ISS, so China, in less than 10 years, built their own, more advanced Space Station).
USA needs to GROW UP and stop provoking China (they're actually making China fend for themselves, making them stronger) and instead, USA needs to WORK with China. If USA worked with China, then every single Human Being on our beautiful Planet Earth, would prosper.

There is no best system in the world. Only the system that suits the country in question exists. China and the US are destined to be rivals! For thousands of years, the Chinese homeland has been an agricultural-based country. Reading and writing were mostly the pursuits of the sons of wealthy families. Most of the people were honest and hardworking farmers working on the land. After all, only a few people thought of becoming kings through wars and overthrowing dynasties. Unless there was oppressive governance with no way out and it was inevitable, people generally did not rebel. Therefore, "national peace and prosperity with favorable weather" has been the pursuit of ordinary people since ancient times, and this pursuit is hard for those Western countries established for only a few hundred years to understand. Despite all the changes, there has been the tradition of unification in the Central Plains since ancient times! "Harmony" and "inheritance" are the essence of Chinese culture! After the awakening during Mr. Sun Yat-sen's period and the founding of New China, many hardships were experienced and much patience and burden-bearing were endured. Many detours were taken before becoming the world's second-largest economy today. It is precisely the ideological striving for improvement and change that has led to the continuous development of the world and the country today. This is because the national conditions of each country are different. Learning from the past to understand the present, the peace and prosperity of today are even more precious because of the hardships in the past century. These are deeply engraved in the spines of ordinary people. If a regime sincerely serves to improve the lives and environment of its citizens and gains the support and trust of its citizens, it is unimaginable why it should be overthrown and subverted. In the era of information explosion and global integration, accessible information is ubiquitous and connects the world. Citizens have a new understanding and examination of their own country and foreign countries. The improvement of life has allowed more citizens to go out and have a clearer and deeper understanding of the once overly idealized Western social life. Some of it was indeed over-imagined. Chinese people's broadened horizons have also strengthened their identification with their own country! The overall development of the country is to seek a real sense of happiness for the people. In terms of the political system, personal opinions and rights are manifested under the collective, and the civilians are led by the centralized elite thinking. There won't be too many unnecessary disputes. Therefore, policies are often easily implemented and continued, and the political system can gradually improve itself by "feeling for the stones to cross the river". A country with a diverse population, the illusory individual rights are put aside for the moment. This also reflects the paleness of national strength and the backwardness of public education at that time. On the contrary, in a democratic system, individuals are big and the government is small. They are accustomed to expressing their personal wishes through votes and the principle of the minority obeying the majority. I also once agreed that the

electoral system is quite fair under rational votes and the principle of fairness. However, in today's world with fluid information, populism is emerging quietly. This principle is being eroded and subverted. Based on the interests of votes, they are more accustomed to how to package, interpret and perform to capture the votes in the hands of voters. Politicians are the designated spokespersons divided by certain interest groups at the top of the pyramid. They use votes to fool the public, and the elected spokespersons will inevitably serve the interests of the top layer. The higher an individual's education, the more rational he or she is and the stronger his or her ability to analyze society. The higher his or her ability to distinguish right from wrong based on living habits, social morality, and personal morality. One is pragmatic and works hard to improve silently. The other is showy and enjoys the welfare and aura accumulated by predecessors through plundering and continues to bully, invade and humiliate other countries in the name of freedom and democracy! When more people realize that education and knowledge can change destiny, when the national education level in backward and developing countries is relatively improved, when more information can spread to these countries and information can be more easily obtained through the Internet and mobile phones, the deceptive name of "democracy and freedom" will be more easily exposed to the world. Once upon a time, I was also obsessed with the function of votes and fascinated by the "fairness and justice" advocated by the West. However, after experiencing the chaos in Hong Kong in the past two years and what happened after the Tsai Ing-wen came to power, I began to understand that any system has its advantages and disadvantages. Opposing systems will infinitely magnify each other's shortcomings. Through media reports and transmissions, you get what you want. Besides, the information you receive is filtered by the media (In 19 and 20, when I was in Hong Kong, Facebook, KOLs and a host of so-called online media, posters everywhere, "greeting cards" pasted under the flyovers and at bus stops, and newspapers and magazines with a strong bias. The government's information was attacked and devastated, and the positive and institutional ones became dissenting voices ~~~). By using all means of false accusations, smearing and fabrications, packaging with beautiful words and performing with exaggerations, attention is easily attracted! As long as words and deeds are outrageous enough, throwing bananas in the parliament, seeking attention by making a scene, making noise and shouting, throwing water cups, or even throwing feces water~~~ Congratulations! Countless votes have been attracted. Politics is dirty and filthy, full of power and calculating games of struggle, and the dark fighting for fame and profit!
Originally, you follow your capitalist system and I have my socialist system. We should have had nothing to do with each other. But some people, after having enough to eat, insist that others follow their system. Otherwise, they will impose sanctions and suppressions, or even introduce color revolutions and military wars, causing the people of other countries to suffer and live in misery. There is no improvement but rather deterioration, which is unjustifiable. When a country or region is filled with political manipulation, its destructive power is nuclear-level and the country in question will be devastated to be just an empty shell (Those who have not experienced the violent years in Hong Kong in 19 and 20 will not understand what it means to be in a state of anarchy). The despicable means of the Western "lying" community are intangible. They foster puppet regimes and manipulate through the media to overthrow or control the regime of other countries at the lowest cost. They can even point fingers on the moral high ground under the pretext: Iraq, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria, Egypt~~~ Look at these places "kissed" by the Western "lying" community. In an era where might makes right, the advantages that the Western "lying" community gained through bullying and plundering will eventually be counterattacked by force! Or it could be the injustice caused by the disparity between the rich and the poor within, or the unity of developing countries that is no longer divided by sweet words. This is precisely a powerful counter-force! ~ A few days ago, French President Emmanuel Macron once said some insignificant words: "Social media plays a vital role in a democratic society. Fake news and new relativism are rampant on social platforms, completely destroying the relationship between everyone and the truth, science and the foundation of democracy, like a fatal substance for all democracies!" There are concerns about the impact of the proliferation of social media on the system of democracy and freedom! What can be seen from the side? Water can carry a boat, but it can also capsize it! Can blowing and bluffing on the spread of hatred govern a country? Look at the so-called leaders of the new Western "lying" community. Due to Ukraine, the Eurozone has been successfully tied up and disintegrated by the US, and no longer poses a threat to the US economically and financially. To some extent, it is quite pitiful! Look at the "Summit of the Americas", the "Summit for Democracy" and the upcoming "US-Africa Summit". It can be seen from these that the Western "lying" community is constantly making moves towards these third-world countries. After a long period of contempt and disregard, they competed with poor countries for vaccine and epidemic prevention supplies in the past one or two years. Suddenly, they provide funds and subsidies here and show concern there. It is quite ridiculous! As BRICS and SCO countries expand and the Belt and Road Initiative is deeply established, developing countries are strong enough to shake the so-called rules formulated by the Western "lying" community that only benefit the upper layer and speak out for more developing and backward countries. China, as the super connector and spokesperson country for these groups, the Western "lying" community will inevitably shoot the bird that stands out and try its best to squeeze China's development space. No matter how China responds, it is blamed wrongly~~~
Eastern wisdom emphasizes "harmony is precious" and seeking common ground while reserving differences, which fundamentally contradicts the exclusivity and self-righteous obsession of the Western "lying" community! One side is inclusive and patient, while the other side is insatiable. There is no room for compromise (In the past, Western society still understood that politics is the art of compromise). In order to maintain their own advantages and hegemony over the world! Who is more likely to fall into the Thucydides Trap? The Western "lying" community, with the word traps set by the media and alliance advantages it holds, it is necessary for the Chinese mainland to counterattack and clarify in a timely manner! Brainwashing is their strong suit! And it should counterattack in a language that the West can understand! Use the national strength to refute the clamor of the Western "lying" community: forced labor, genocide in Xinjiang, religious freedom in Tibet, the color revolution in Hong Kong, Huawei, TikTok overseas, trade war, tariff increase, trade surplus and deficit issue, review of the listing of Chinese enterprises, delisting, bond redemption, chips, lithography machines, the Taiwan issue from time to time, organizations established for targeting China~~~ Every punch is direct and faced head-on without evasion or retreat! Now looking at the West? They are really in a panic, desperate and losing their bearings: Brexit in the UK, naivety on the rise, inflation remains a hard-to-shake pain, resulting in the shortest-serving prime minister, fascism in Italy is on the verge of resurgence, and populism seems to be spreading like wildfire. Czech Republic and Lithuania are busy using Taiwan to extract benefits, and the bloodthirsty nature of capital, "minimum input for maximum gain", is revealed. Australia does not recognize but needs to recognize that certain goods should be settled in RMB. Germany and France come to China in a queue. Ideology is still inseparable from people's livelihood. The Nord Stream pipeline was attacked, fully revealing the fragmented relationship of the so-called "allies". As the global hegemon, the emergence of Edward Snowden has brought about a new change in the relationship between the so-called allies. The "freedom of navigation" 70 nautical miles off the coast of Alaska in the Exclusive Economic Zone, the twists and turns of the lunar exploration mission, the cyber attack on foreign universities to steal information and being traced, the double act between Biden and government officials and congressmen, bringing the study of interpersonal manipulation to the extreme, frequent shootings, strikes under high inflation, "zero-dollar shopping" of freedom, the chaotic aftermath of natural and man-made disasters, the helplessness and inability of rescue after disasters. A pandemic has even led to the ignorance of saying that the democratic system can resist the virus~~~ More and more of its own problems are fully revealed: arrogance, hubris, loss of connotation, bullying everywhere, and the unveiling of the hypocritical veil of the former "gentleman"! The more the Western "lying" community acts, the more it exposes to the world the image of always provoking incidents and shifting the blame to others. It is impacting the beautiful illusions of the democratic system left in people's minds and serving as a cautionary counterexample time and again. If there were no soft cultural brainwashing from the Hollywood Dream Factory, it is believed that the heroic image of the Western "lying" community would be more easily punctured!!!

Great video though. I am continuously impressed by the rapid rise of so much in China. It amazes me that a country that has a space program wouldn't have a society where homes and buildings would have a common "P traps in plumbing." That certainly would get rid of various sewer odors that are commonly encountered. 😐

I live in Salt Lake City (Utah) and the quality of life here is better than in China. Salt Lake has a brand new airport, a light rail in the city, and a rail link to cities to the north and south. The economy here is good, the schools are good, and we walk down neighborhood streets with no fear for safety. The thing that people have here - which they could never have on a similar scale in China - are beautiful large homes with spacious grass yards in the front and back. I've been to China several times, and I also saw the impressive progress which they made. Unfortunately, those high-rise apartment blocks in crowded Chinese cities are soulless places. Now I know what many of you will say, "oh, but you don't have high-speed rail in the U.S., so you aren't as good as China!" It's not so simple. High-speed rail would not work for a city like Salt Lake. San Francisco and Denver are a thousand kilometers away and separated by several massive mountain ranges. It will always be easier to just take a 1.5 hour flight to those cities.

@@elliekwong3180 It’s by choice really… About 15 years ago, some entrepreneurs introduced a pay card system for matatu minibus public transport, which is now fully cooperatively owned. The conductors resisted it fiercely because it stopped them from short-changing the matatu owners. Today, as I pay by phone on the same matatus, I am quietly amused by the memory.

It's not about new, it's about being maintained. I come from Hong Kong, not truly live in China but well, like many Hong Kong-ian, travel to China/GBA enough. Also from what I learn from internet or from my actual travel experience, the west (Europe and US) public utilities are poorly maintained, compared to not only China, also to most Asia countries. Chinese (as well as most Asians) are not particular "clean" people, especially the older generation. The clean street are only the result of good maintenance. How can a government let their public properties becoming like a dumpster? don't the rich people/shops not complaining?

    • @George-k6o9t

What we regard as "clean", to someone else, may be "dirty" and "not clean enough". The older generation lived in a different era, a different time zone of different cultural habits and social norms. What they are used to should not be used to disparage or disrespect them because they differ from us - which is all a difference of opinion anyway.
If one is to study the social "cleanliness" of Westerners. one will find the exact same thing from generation to generation and from culture to culture. Westerners like the British and the French were not known for taking a bath for weeks until nearly the middle of the 20th century. To hide their stink, they'd use perfumes (this is where "eu de cologne" came from) heavily sprinkled all over their bodies and clothes. Asians used to complain that Westerners stank especially during the high heat of summer. Spitting? Westerners used to spit every where from their habit of chewing on tobacco leaves and one would see spittoons in hotel lobbies, bars and in the hallways and bedroom in homes. Even today, one will find some Westerners use alleyways, behind cars, walls, bushes, etc as places for them to urinate and defecate in public even though such is against the law on public decency. And of course, graffiti painting and defacing drawings all over public walls as well as throwing cigarette butts everywhere (despite social anti-smoking movement in the West) and of course, the callous throwing and leaving behind, food scraps, drink bottles and cups anywhere even though public rubbish bins are nearby as well as hypodermic needles used for drug taking simply thrown away in beaches and sand pits - and these are committed by mostly, the young, unfortunately.
Of course, the government can put a stop to all of these anti-social behavior - by carrying out strict laws with heavy punishing penalties like in Singapore - and Singapore is a very clean city - but will the people in places like Hong Kong now start protesting against the government for being "a dictator" and "too authoritarian" and "cracking down on freedom"?

@@elliekwong3180 Westerners especially those in the northern hemisphere of Europe believed in the old days that taking a bath causes one to catch a cold and even come down with pneumonia and which was why they would take a bath once a year or on very special occasions only. And to think they also used to wear layers upon layers of clothing as well.
Dogs can detect through smell, the flakes of skin that we humans tend to shed all the time without our notice. This was proven in an episode of "The Mythbusters" when even trying to cover the target quarry scent by taking a shower and wearing different clothes didn't prevent him from being found by a Bloodhound tracking dog.

I am sure they will acquire more experience. That reminds me that few times I rode the subway in the US. There is subway station located deeper than average. Each time the train comes through the tunnel, it was like a hurricane coming through. I had to hang onto a railing. I am sure there is an easy solution.
