thank you brother. it was great to walk with you through zone 7, and you even walked past my old house. I grew up in pimville in my early years until i was 8 or 9yrs and my parents moved to Mthatha around 1983. I still remember the house i grew up in...like it was yesterday. and when you walked past it, it was exactly the same, except there was a tree at the entrance wall, that was cut down. But this was great to find your video. Thank you so much. Pimville always has a special place in my heart.
Wow! That's a super amazing story I'm glad this video has touched you and broughtback memories @tsidiarch. Sorry you had to move but that's life, it has so many changes.. Many thanks!
Love your vloggs. Thanks mtshana for show casing the beauty of our townships. Keep on being the ambassador of our country. You are doing what the mainstream media is failing dismally to do. They deliberately portray SA negatively. Your efforts will be recognized soon.
Pimville is surprisingly nice and clean to me, thanks for educating us on our preconceived ideas of a place. But surely there must be shack areas that you should also show people
There's already enough negative content about South Africa on the internet. We are trying to balance. Mainstream media focuses more on the negative side. We want to see the positive side this time.
Lol africans and the west they already did a wonderful job by showing the shack And they also believe that black people only live in shacks not in houses
I Love the REAL FEEL, not just Malls in town or big cities. I would love to work with You..I'll do Ekurhuleni, so you do West and I'll do East..Louis here in Vosloorus✌🏿
I was ony once in Saweto people is kind nice treated like a queen i remeber i was at a family just across Jackie Mophonking home white double storie thats what they told me
Yes, in a sense that when you type "Townships in South Africa", and click on the image tab, google will show you informal settlements. The reality is that informal settlement is not a township.
Hey mara is it safe even with our, jails over crowded, feeding them ama lamb baby hake, stew beef, chicken yet feeding scheme is poor with no bread or meat yet samp, umxushu in English, that's why they more crime those gangsters are not afraid of jail that's why the more crime though.
Every part of South Africa is the real South Africa, from Soweto to Sandton, from Camps bay to Sekhukhune
It's all the real South Africa💪🏽
Facts @roblucci2366, all those places are in the pipeline..
Let's keep our Townships clean fellow black South Africans, our ward councillors and municipal workers don't want to work, they just want salaries!
Difference between Cape Town & Johannesburg townships is huge.
I like the cleanliness of the are. Bravo to residents.
