It's a shame when people condemn the whole CBD as dirty and run down. This video proves the opposite. Some pavements require fixing, and more rubbish bins are needed. I'm surprised at how clean everywhere was. The required fix where you walked is not that extensive, just fixing the walkways and maintaining them would make such a difference.
