Sorry about the game audio volume I have since adjusted it (I thought I turned it down enough since the previous video but it wasn't enough LOL...def should have done a quick sound check before recording the full video but I tried to put timestamps to highlight the most important talking points and I THINK the most important parts have me standing still in game while talking (some talking is def getting drowned out lol) I am going to have that fixed for sure on the next video... This isn't necessarily a build guide video moreso just a showcase of the builds I consider to be the most efficient for farming fast, I didn't include a barbarian because I think although it can be super efficient for elite sniping in the pits, I think for general all around farming you get less yield for your time compared to caster characters sadly... (melee characters kind of get the short end of the stick in d2 imo) this is just my personal current favorites and there are for sure things like mosaic assassin that can clear as fast as these but I don't like having to gather charges every run...fist of heavens paladin is also a really good one I didn't mention that is arguably better than hammerdin on players 1 especially... COMICALLY I showed blizzard sorc last despite saying I would go from most cookie cutter to most obscure, probably should have done that before hammerdin and then did everything else after that...
I rerolled my pally on single to grind out lvl 99 to a Dragondin/FoH hybrid. It ended up being my favorite build ever, destroying all terror zones in a speedy fashion. P8 terrorized Chaos Sanctuary is a 6 min full clear for example, and that's far from his best zone. 2 x Faceted CoA, +3 FoH base caddy for HoJ, Chancy/Goldwrap/War travs, skills/mana leech/all res ammy. Last Wish + Hustle barb merc to round it out with Life Tap and the missing attack speed for 5 frame zeal. Only downside is that without really pricy bases, the build "completes" on lvl 98.
it's really wild how niche and rare some of the hoj bases can be...I wish they'd bring some of the newer runewords to non ladder already I have some bases for things like flickering flame and also want to use the hustle runeword, might be reason enough to make a ladder character just to collect and bring a few runewords over to my non ladder stash (I think I have 1 hustle runeword on 1 character from a previous season along with like 2 mosaics which I don't really find fun to use)
I'm tempted to start and amazon, but the slow speeds and teleport is what is kinda holding me back. I am more curious about the Spearzon over the Javazon.
that with arachs mesh, griffons, and infinity in a mat pike or even a mancatcher is insanely strong the teleport isn't too bad on swap with a 35 spirit I can't remember if you need an fcr ring as well lol
Try Project Diablo 2. It’s going to get busy once the new Diablo 4 xpac comes out with 50 new uniques. Last Epoch CEO says at 1.4 patch, the game will really take off. PoE 2 is around the corner looking great at 4K.

This list is strictly for the sake of all around farming and being able to pretty much go anywhere in the game and farm quickly, with little pre buffing etc which is why I excluded the mosaic sin I said in the video no javazon because teleporting is less efficient using it as good as it may be for cows or power for bossing, also mosaic gathering charges kills it's efficiency for farming runs where you just load into a game kill a specific enemy and leave, barbarian was excluded bc as good as it is for grailing, it isn't good for full or general clears where you're taking everything out, as good as a 75% chance for a 2nd drop is End of the day it's all subjective and always will be to some degree unless we are talking times and numbers on spreadsheets in which case the mosaic sin probably has HIGHEST damage per second and output period followed by the charged strike Amazon with infinity and then prob one with a javelin closely after, probably followed by a hammerdin or maybe a meteor fireball sorc or something or firewall and then maybe lightning trapsin (this would be just my guess as far as an order in terms of raw power)
he mentioned how amas have bad casting frames, so getting an enigma on an ama feels like putting a bird in a cage. mosaics is anti-d2 imo, simply due to the charges you have to maintain. if u pick up an item and identify it you gotta work so fast you're hardly reading the item before the charges run out... the mosaics are so strong that you hardly have to work on your assassin for her to clear the entire game while giving you an epileptic fit. she doesnt need a single skiller to 2 shot diablo. People were complaining about grief, but then along came the mosaics which pushed the assassin into complete braindead s+ tier territory. she has no weaknesses and due to the mosaics, she has no identity either. she does everything with one press. it is THE cheapest, most brainrotted build in the entire game. So much so i would even argue it isnt a build at all. its just one overpowered item which technically acts as a cheat code. she doesnt need life, mana, armor, resistances, attack speed, casting speed, dmg reduction, life/mana leech, maek or laek. she doesnt need infinity or enigma, she doesnt need rare ias martial arts gloves, she doesnt need a griffons eye. The only thing she actually needs is somebody (her merc) to take 5-6 hits for her while charging her strikes. everything after that is a complete calamity. a natural disaster.
Mosaic is almost like using a hero edited character and giving them a grief that also casts 15 diff spells at once on hit and also they defy the logic of cast rate and attack speed lol, mosaic is like an attempt at making something that is a solution to melee characters not having AOE and also a solution for melee characters missing sometimes regardless of maxed out attack rating etc I also dont like enigma on my Amazon except on occasion with self infinity wield, I think I'm moreso into bowazon that runs though, it's all preference at the end of the day though
I'm a pretty big iavazon fan Mine doesn't have terrible fcr frames, I always telly on swap with BO and spirit. It's still a 13 frame teleport so kinda lame But her survivability in p8 it's insane. I play HCL so survivability is always an important piece of my builds! I like the hdin without insight merc, kinda a cool spice even if less optimal. I know hammerdins survivability is insane. But after player hdin for so so many years it's been fun playing javazon
I personally was teleporting on swap as well with spirit and always had to go with arachnid mesh as the belt, griffons also is a must on the javazon or at least a 2 20 circlet... As strong as the hammeredin is I'm not a big fan because it's basically a one button build and it gets boring, it was really helpful as my first character though to get geared up for all of my characters afterwards but I agree sometimes the most efficient builds are the most boring ones to play and challenging yourself with something that is a little bit more of a piano build or something that requires more micromanagement can be fun
@@dartlingaming honestly I don’t play a vanilla hammerdin but the mage paladin pretty much is just a hammers, FoH, holy bolt and smite setup. Takes the monotony out of the vanilla build and still has full power
just sort of a broad list, mostly based off cast rate frames lol ironically I didn't put barb though which I think gold find barb is prob the most efficient character period if trading is involved but I didn't include barb just bc I feel like casters are slightly better for doing all content in the game or most of it
@@dartlingaming A barbarian basically has 2x the potential of any character for farming. So everyone else is fighting for 2nd place. Gotta admit I hate the only thing we have left to show in d2 is if density clear is possible and compete for it. That part of the gaming formula is rather stale. Hate to take a play from D4 but it still makes more sense to make WW a level 1 skill and potentially make Bash completely different. Leap attack needs more range and damage and should probably add knock back. Cause otherwise it’s just basically your waiting on WW to only be disappointed. Alternatively they could get rid of bash and just have the ancients come fight for up to 30 seconds on a timer and cool down. That would help.
Lol I've heard this a few times, I think it's because I don't really have a lot of inflection in my voice maybe I could work on my public speaking emphasizing certain words etc lol on my fps channel I get the comment alot that I "sound like I'm about to cry" lol
Mosaic takes too much time to gather charges imo, you lose those charges while reading stats on a rare item if you take too much time or have to alt tab out or something to handle other things on the computer

What would your fcr with the nova sorc be since youre running with 4 soc armor with facets? You wont be able to hit 105 right?
I have to have a 20fcr crafted amulet to hit 105 which is INSANELY RARE +2 SORC with 20fcr
