I was watching the old video like, I cant get jiggy with this So I had to improve and enhance the quality on all the clips Anyways Sean should be in the CFB Hall of Fame
Not only the greatest safety ever in college football, but the greatest defensive back ever in college. Sean was just different. We will never see another one like him. I’m glad I was blessed to see him lace up the cleats. R.I.P. Sean.
He want just a hitter he was a great coverage safety who can fly between the hashes while tacking on 225-230 pounds and 4.4 speed he was definitely a football player
Finally saw this hour-long video. Was definitely worth it. Honestly, I didn’t get to see a ton of Miami games, but at least I was able to see his greatest moments in this video. Sean Taylor was special. He was big. He was fast. He could cover. Had a great football IQ and damn, could he hit. To this day, I have yet to see a FS prospect that’s anything close to Sean. As far, as his short NFL career, he’d have been one of the all-time greats. Gone way, too soon. RIP
It haven't been a 230 pounder thats athletic enough to play FS ever since. It's been a few big in the box strong safeties but not playing FS at that size
Bruh!!! The canes jerseys back in the day were the sickest I’ve seen!! We grew up in the same county Sean 305 till I die!! R.I.P. dawg! Gone too soon! 🙏🏻
Man I wish he was still alive. He had a superb season with the hurricanes and he had a awesome start with the redskins and this coming from a gators fan. He would was special person and a awesome player plus he's one of the greatest safety of his generation.
I cried and still cry when watching this guy. He gave the Redskins respect. I remember playing NCAA the year before the Redskins drafted him and wondered who is this #26. Then the Redskins drafted him and I saw highlights of him at the U and was happy.
Brian dawkins my favorite safety. And i cried when Sean taylor died. He was the only safety that had power and strength like a linebacker but run like a corner back.
I wish so bad i could've seen his career and life continue. He is one of, if not THE best safeties I've ever watched and i have a deep affinity and appreciation for that position. Fav player is B-Dawk, lifelong Eagles fan but if someone gave me a Redskins Sean Taylor jersey I'd wear that shit proudly. RIP
This snuck by me didn’t realise it was re-uploaded with better quality. Still miss him after all this time and I still haven’t seen a more complete DB in college. The rules allowed you to be more physical then but Sean was a monster. Size, length, acceleration, long speed, fluidity, amazing form tackling but also a devastating hitter. Had the power to take on FBs and rock RBs but also the athleticism to run with Larry Fitzgerald and make plays in deep coverage. The perfect college safety.
Dude literally should have had 6-7 interceptions that game, crazy. A blocked punt, return for TD, one of the most dominant indivdual performances Ive ever seen. That was up there with Vince Young man.
I love how all the Miami players are a danger to each other lmao they'd played with an unmatched physicality. Sean almost killed Rolle on the last play
a few takes: These guys would contort your body and punish you. You had to be solid at all 24 positions and especially at your special teams. Your worst player better not be your kicker or your gunner. QB Draw plays are out the question. This team is without a doubt the best collection of players ever
People don't realize The U made CFB and the NCAA they were first to bring that swag, hate for every opponent if we look at some players from 00 to 03 Miami had a NFL hofer at Lt mount mckinnie still the only CFB lineman to never give up a sack through 4 yrs,we had a NFL hofer cb/wr/kr ever period the one an only d.hester(fastestanquickest) CFB/NFL player ever,we had a hofer at RB that was 3rd string but wound up 2nd or 3rd all time NFL rusher,we had a hofer at ft wilfork was the strongest, fastest 350lb 1tech dt ever ,we had 2 hofer wrs in a.johnson and in 00 Reggie Wayne ,in coverage we had another hofer along with a player on the level of Bo Jackson,Barry, deion and you know S.Taylor I'll nvr forget the moment he showed his love for punishing everyone even a punter at pro bowl learned hard way lol not to mention over 15+multi pro bowl players look all time we had greatest Lb r.lewis all time best Fs an SS reed,Taylor, best Lt all time mckinnie 0 sacks in 4yrs we had the best 1tech dt wilfork, and the best 3tech pass rush dt sapp don't forget a dt that would have been greatest ever words of his teammate r.white my fav player growing up Jerome Brown also Cortez Kennedy top 5 all time then you see s.moss,rwayne,a.johnson,j.graham(the most explosive te in NFL ever he was Kelce/kittle/sharpe in one hes a NFL future hofer, then u got 2hofer QBs Kelly, kosar,
I'm sorry an hope this isn't a jinx but watch the 24 Canes and the 01 team the biggest similarity I see is depth, starter depth not bums but future NFL hofers, a business mentality, and like 01,24 has several NFL players cam ward by far the best QB we've had since torretta our rbs room is deeper with Martinez, and CJjr, future 1st rounders 01 had 4 NFL picks on online 24 team has the deepest online an dl8ne going 2and 3 deep with starters on 2ndan3rd that could start on any team to think that 01 team greatest ever by far but how much better would they b if cam was starter in 01 and Dorsey was the 24 starter? I think cam in 1 season would win the chip easy but he woulda won the Heisman,Maxwell,an CFB player of year Dorsey had 30+ tds in 01 I think cam would hit if not pass for 50+tds id take him over burrow in CFB then our wrs are sick our top 5 could easily be a wr1 or 2 our te's are from pedigree but are more gifted and higher ceiling
Dad Michael the archangel writing this to son Willie Michael Chester Junior more similar is you Willie Michael Chester Junior minus I shot whyiesha in the head she is disfigured
I was watching the old video like, I cant get jiggy with this
So I had to improve and enhance the quality on all the clips
Anyways Sean should be in the CFB Hall of Fame
That part!!! Do his pro shit if you have time bro
I never realized how big and fast he was. Another ronnie lott
@Jerrol Garcia-WIlliams already did it a long time ago and it got taken down, I have it on my patreon patreon.com/highlightcastle
He was just everywhere on the field....if I'm on the opposite team I'm looking for him every play
Sean Taylor and Ed Reed at Miami was the best Safety tandem in Football history. COLLEGE OR PRO!
One of the greatest player ever
the greatest player ever
@@matthewgonnello7770we need to all come together and make this more known to everyone

I swear he was Ed reed and Troy combined and he was so young, was in his prime but not as his peak yet #rip21
@@johntookyobish6757 I’m not even sure if he was in his prime if I’m being honest.
@@johntookyobish6757 still the goat safety. Even if he wasn’t able to show it all the way. He will always be the prototype
I call him a king size ed reed
I think his unofficial 40 was like 4.38
Dude was special one of the best players I've ever seen
One of the truly best all around safety's in the game. Not 1 game he didn't make a Impact or got his name called. " The U " - the NFL
Literally a created player. Best college Safety ever! My favorite player ever

His shield was 🔥. I hate that he didn't wear one in the NFL

With gifted ability and smarts for the game, you can see how happy he was on the field.

What a star athlete who departed way too soon as his career was just getting started , R.I.P. Sean Taylor who was all about representing the U.
I can watch Sean highlights all day

God I loved the uni's Miami wore
He doesn't get shot, he goes down as the goat
NEVER FORGOTTEN 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
his shield game was 2nd to none
Very much appreciated video! It was absolutely criminal that he didn't win both the Thorpe and the Bednarik in 2003.
That FSU game was the greatest game I ever saw by safety, college or pro
Dude literally should have had 6-7 interceptions that game, crazy. A blocked punt, return for TD, one of the most dominant indivdual performances Ive ever seen. That was up there with Vince Young man.
The GOAT 🧡 💚
Thank U 🙏🏻
Pure and simple the greatest of all time I played because of him imagine what he would have done with a full career in the NFL

Sean Taylor was a little better than Benny Blades.
Way better
He was different.

Half of these tackles today are flags smh sports done got so soft 😢
That's when football was football! The late great Sean Taylor would be ejected out of every game nowadays as hard as he was hitting!!
