What I love about KSU was that when you gotta a small section everybody gotta carry they own weight. You can't hide you gotta play and you gotta play well, they were clean and had good cadences. I think they won. And I marched in a HBCU drumline.

KSU had some grooving cadences but I’ll still say dega won that especially with their Z’s (cymbals) , they some cold mfs

Why does Talledega have like 20 snares and no quints? The sound isn't as complete without quints in my opinion. They could've put four our five of those snares on quints. Otherwise good job both sides. Shout out to the female drummers on Kentucky's line too!

I'll take them 3 snares to war with me any day. Good form, stick height, clean chops, smooth sticking and the drums are tuned very nice. Dega was good for what they do but I'm not a fan of that style of play. Too much arm usage. I prefer mostly wrist with stick height. I also liked KSU's cadences better. Dega had the better cymbals though.

S dot Slim it’s a matter of preference it’s your choice to like or dis like. It’s has a lot more wrist work than arm.

@@MrHybridmonster Tru. Most people who play that syle grew up learning that way. I know a lot of Louisiana schools use it. I dont hate it just not my thing.
