The wires near the sheet metal thing. If they sleeved them then that's a lot better than any of your kitchen appliances. Had to replace our oven element the other day ALL of the wires in behind the sheet metal cover are ran through sharp edged metal.

Bought one, not because I wanted a voron but because I wanted similar capabilities without abandoning my toddlers for a few weeks maybe months while I build a voron. Hope that I or someone smarter can figure out how to ditch the proprietary nozzle though.

My thoughts exactly. I can deal with suboptimal initial config (my Anycubic Kossel delta printer taught me a lot there lol) and implementing some community upgrades but 40-60h build time is just not for me.
If this printer sells well there's bound to be a community around it given that everything including a full CAD model of the printer is available on Github. In that regard I'm really impressed with Sovol, they didn't mess around with the open source aspect.

There are Fan kick start time settings in is the orca slicer printer settings. Did Sovol add them there in their profile?

@TylerGotAYTAccount It was actually number 16. Companies often start a launch with a systematic order number so they can track the sale of that unit type.
