    Really good demonstration, even with no speaking. It shows very well how to release/remove the bits and pieces needed to replace the battery. Was nowhere near a big a job as I imagined. Some people recommended winding down the drivers window, switching off auto headlights, radio etc. and leaving the car to stand for 10 minutes to allow the electronics to fully shut down. Then when you reconnect, wait 1 minute before turning ignition on (don’t start the engine) and then turn the headlights on for 30 seconds. Apparently this helps settle the electronic modules down. Then reset the clock and you’re good to go. Excellent clip which helped a great deal. Word of warning - the central locking will lock all doors on reconnecting the battery, hence the need to wind the window down before you start anything. Thank you.

    I had others cars where replacing batteries was so easy !

    Brilliant video, warts and all. It's a bit of a struggle. After test/starting etc., the dashboard display will flash because time/date need updating!

    thanks for the vid. Now I have to do this tomorrow. hope it'll be just as easy with teperatures during the day of -14 Celsius

      Well, that went just as expected.
      None off the wrench sizes were like yours of course. To start, the cable retainer snapped right off, so did the lid on pluss pole. Some other parts cracked, but other than that it went like a dream.
      I changed the battery with the engine running though 😃. They gave me an unloaded battery 🔋 so I took no chances there.

    Někteří odborníci tvrdí, že při výměně baterie se má jako první odpojit záporný kabel, jiní říkají, že na pořadí nezáleží. Tady vidím, že byl první odpojen kladný kabel.🤔

      všetko kovové na aute je mínus alebo zem inak povedané. preto ked ideš odpojiť račňou prvý + tak hrozí že sa nechtiac dotkneš telom račne zeme -. ale ked si najprv odpojíš - minus tak už je jedno čoho sa dotkneš pri odpájaní plusu. a teda ak si dáš pozor mozes odpajat jak sa ti zažiada.
