AuraX If you mean lots of mini weak troops, arrows does the job. If you mean stronger tanky troops than chances are the bomb wont even kill them e.g. the bomb doesn't kill another giant skeleton, baby dragon

atta emad It is because Phonecatss is almost at arena 7 and his opponent is only just in arena 7, sometimes this happen that you meet like that because their trophy count is close and in those cases the highest arena is used.
