I like the slim design, but that blade shape is just lovely. Shame about the nail nick I’d struggle with my average-to-poor grip strength. But wow it’s a lot of money for what you see 🤣 Thanks for sharing 😁
Nice review,I have one with similar issues only added to mine the blade centering wasn't great now the but, I really like it,I'm giving them some grace as it was there first knife.I laid back the edge to 15°per side and boy does it make it so much better as a slicer ,and part of magnacuts benefits is it's ease of sharpening.atb paddy.
Nice knife, certainly a looker but I just can't see $200 for it. If we keep paying they'll keep testing the waters to see how high they can go. Thanks for sharing, another great review.
Couldn’t agree more, great knife just too much money……and let’s be honest how many people who buy this need magnacut 😂. All the different steels I have and 440 would probably do me a week 🤭
"Initially when I got this, I ended up opening it with my teeth. Which again, is sub-optimal." But must have looked cool as f*ck 😃. I like this knife. There's something about it. A classiness I think, ignoring the cut ends on the lanyard, and I hear you on the negative points raised. Sometimes you just like a knife.
I think that knives reviewed from collectors point of view is a good reference. Because they have a background of comparing many different knives that others never see. Being produced in the United States is great however, modern knives prices need to be worthy of the cost. I agree with you; this knife is not. However, that standard of comparison should apply to all knife models from wherever there made and brand they are. In this case, the defects should be pointed out to the person on that little card that signed it.🤔
It looks nice but I'm not sure it looks $200 nice, let alone £200. I know, magnacut and titanium. but, to me, the knife looks sort of ho-hum. And I've seen better lanyards on 3Cr Gas Station knives. They should've just left it off. It was that bad. The nail nicks also seem odd. Maybe they are their to improve a pinch grip? I guess you can see I'm not impressed. That said, I was impressed with your thorough and balanced review. Thanks for the look!
I like the slim, simplistic design and the materials seem quite good, and I love Texas, but that outfit has a lot of nerve to charge $200 or 200 pounds for a knife of such iffy fit and finish. I'm happy to see you making new videos. I hope that means you are feeling better. God bless you Sir, from South Carolina.
I think the problem with this knife is it lacks any kind of character, perhaps if I actually needed a steel like this I’d see it’s value but as d2 will do all the cutting I do in a week,it’s it’s just too soulless ☹️great review though 👍 just my money will go elsewhere 👏
Lovely review. I’ve seen a number of videos about this knife but you touched on a few points that I hadn’t heard before. Thanks for the video

Wonderful review, buddy! Thanks for the look at this one!
Easy pass for me.
Thanks for the upload. I'll stick with my UKPK's.
Nice I like that slim design!!

A very slicey looking knife! Are you able to use the tip of the blade on the edge of a table or counter to open it?
Brilliant review 👏. I agree with you about the nail nick/small- long pull. Looks out of place. Cool knife, though.

To be fair, the lanyard looks almost identical to the ones that come fitted to most Chris Reeve knives.
@@mm7963 , that’s somewhat sad.
Great review as always slicky but as for the knife - yuk! Whether it be £200 or £2.
