TUSHAR Bluemat Penstemon: A Utah Native Plant

This little gem is TUSHAR Bluemat Penstemon (Penstemon xylus). It’s a tough and tiny penstemon that’s native to the Tushar Mountains in Utah. It has lavender-blue flowers in early summer and steel-blue foliage that adds beauty even in winter gardens. Ideal for park strips, crevice gardens, rock gardens, groundcover areas or as a living mulch.
