- Saint Teresa of Ávila (March 28, 1515 - October 4, 1582) was a prominent Carmelite nun and Spanish mystic. St Teresa had many mystical experiences she tried to reflect in poems. She took an active role in the Carmelite order and was later canonised a saint by the Roman Catholic church.

Was working in a town, and a lady told me about this Saint. Fast forward 2-3 months- new town, new job & entire church devoted to Saint Theresa ❤🌹❤🌹❤
St Theresa is highly revered in the Catholic Church as she also taught the nine levels of prayer with the first level being meditation (beginner) and the final stage is unitive where the will and intellect are one with God
The tenth level is regarded as angelic prayer which is achieved after looking at God face to face🙏🙏,is in the afterlife
She even recounts that the demons were afraid of her during the unitive stage as she has already achieved Christian Perfection 🙏🙏

Saint Teresa is one of the greatest mystics of the Catholic Church. A master of prayer. ‘Interior Castle’ is an incredible work and a must read for those seeking to know our Beloved Saviour in His true Majesty. God bless
