honestly, 90 percent of the clothes there are too big for me and i am young and a bit underweight. when I try on their clothes it makes me self conscious of my body too as a young teen. some of the stuff is even too big for my mom and she is an average size. They want it to run big on smaller girls because that’s what they think looks good. They don’t run larger sizes because they don’t want midsize - plus size people to shop there. My issue here is that there are so many brands that had the same issue (like abercrombie for example) that actually made more sizing and diversity happen. They can, but don’t want to include people that are anything but skinny.

Honestly I hate the “one size fits all” type clothing. Obviously one size is not going to fit all. And their company and employees are so rude about someone trying to buy something and being like “oh your not gonna fit in that.” It’s down right rude.
Oh my gosh, we have this shop in Hong Kong too, and we have the same rude services from them, I always thought it was just an "isolated shop" for treating customers like that.....now I know is their business practice ~! But WHY??

This restaurant the manager is literally so kind and always checking up on you to make sure everything is okay and their tiramisu and teas are amazing
