With all the overtones and undertones of the chimes, I don't think it's very easy to determine what note it's actually being played in. I hear A, G-flat, and D.
Sounds great! Question, I have a Seth Thomas tambour 124 with westminster chimes which chimes very fast and the hour chimes actually chime over the end of the westminster chimes. can this be altered?
My father had one of these. I loved that clock. Thank you for letting me hear that beautiful chime again. ❤
Same. It broke and I miss it.
Guess its been sold already. Love the chime though
Best westminster chime ever!
Beautiful!
I think the bell-brackets are much better and quality sounding than the chime-rods.
All the gongs and rods and bells sound good
My father had one very similar to this one. The difference is that it played Westminster Chimes in B-flat instead of A-flat like this one.

I need parts for my Seth Thomas mantel clock #124, where can I buy them?
Hi there is this clock is for sale?
Cool! Are these loud? Do these clocks have to be on a shelf or can they hang from a wall?
These clocks are not deafeningly loud but they are loud if enough to hear them across a large room.
They can if you want to drill a hole in the back of it.
If it was using 113 it’s pretty loud and 124 has softer chimes.

gary11able do you mean the strike starts while the Westminster is still going? Just sounds like you need some slight adjustments in the melody train
