That looks amazing. Watching these have inspired me to make Squall's gunblade, only I'm making a lot of beginner mistakes. Two walls so you can see infill, leaving it in sunlight to dry black paint while melting plastic. I was still able to make it presentable so I'm going to hit it with graphite. Watching your video's have helped a lot with the post print prosses.

The swords turned out AMAZING! Have you ever thought of guns? I dont mean realistic, but something crazy big like Gears of War, destiny etc. They have some funky looking weapons, plus i think Destiny has some good looking swords too 😜If anyone can make them, its gotta be you!

Some of my students figured out how to make 3D print in place chains that came out connected. Could probably put them on it if you share the specs you want for a fun challenge for them :)

BTW, Bleach fanboy here. The bankai is a single body with that particular shape because it becomes a "real" zapakuto, a sword in a sheathe. Before that, Zangetsu never had an actual sheathe and that is an integral part of an asauchi.
Hi! Thank you for all the advice you give us! I have to build a sickle, it will be 185cm high and the blade will be 100cm. The handle is composed of 6 pieces (they have an oval section 4x3cm). If I use this technique, will it hold up? Or you break the handle?
You should check out upol dolphin 1k upo657 putty it doesn't shrink like bondo and is super easy to sand and if you add a 1:1 mix of putty and acetone you can paint it on with a brush and it dries fast so you can get right to sanding

Hey frankly built, I 3D printed a sword from Elden ring, the starscourge greatsword and it’s massive(btw you should do a project in it), but the handle broke and I don’t know what to do any tips to help out?
After probably 20 print hours and finally getting wifi and firmware update i now use the neptune 4+ more than my 3+ it is NOW a workhorse but man did it take some energy to get there z offset does save now (mine was bios way to low but somehow still had bed adhesion issues) and even that somehow got fixed after the update? I had done all the usual stuff but adhesion was still an issue until the update and haven't had a non user error since
Hi Frankly Built, I have the Elegoo Neptune 3 Max and at 1st it was so great to print with after the two part leveling was done! But now I am really having big problems using it, The Leveling keeps going out of what it was set up like so the nozzle will start above the height the z off set level was set to! I keep finding it about 2 mm above the bed as the printing starts even after the full two stage leveling was done again? Today I have redone the leveling 3 times and the nozzle keeps on being between 1.5 and 2 mm above the bed at the start of printing? I even did a full updating of the firm ware on the printer and the UI Screen, But that has not made it do any better? Has anyone here any idea's why this printer which is re-leveled and updated to the newest Firm Ware still playing me around about the z off set? Because I need this printer to work like it did before, I only used it a few times and it printed so good before but not now! My New Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus is far better to use than the Neptune 3 Max. Really damn big problem with the 3 Max though.

You should bite the bullet and buy a small air compressor so you can shoot featherfill G2. It’s on a whole other level for smoothing.

Zangetsu is pronounced with the U less harshly. To the point that it almost sounds like "Zan-gets" but with a slight drop off instead of Ooo sound. ♥️

JB weld metal to Plastic works great. I work in the Audio & visual movie sets and Props. Or I just weld it.
