i feel like vending isn’t as lucrative as many make it out to be, and the majority of people do it because it aligns with their hobbies/interests, not really for profit unless you get super lucky.
as a small time content creator new to the vendor space, i’m going to use spreadsheets to track ROI, cost basis, etc.

Wish we would get more of the realistic modern investment videos like you talk about.actual people showing their actual investment returns. Not just back testing and showing it is higher annualized than sp500 or whatever. People show theoretical past growth they weren't a part of and give the same skewed view you say vendors give. 🤷‍♂️ give the transparency you request of others . Not just selectively lol

I love your goal of transparency, Alex. For the love of god, please make a video about wealth worship/prosperity gospel in the Pokemon community. Jesse Peng is an insufferable example of this. He recently made a video about "how to make a million dollar pokemon card business" and his first tip is to buy every PSA 9 or 10 Gold Star at the Burbank show.
His mantra is "buy high, sell fair." Turns out that he really means "buy high, sell higher." He is an independently wealthy individual due to a family inheritance, out here pretending like he's a genius for creating a high-end store. Oh, and he attributes his wealth to being a believer, and constantly espouses how blessed he is. PLEASE make a video discrediting this type of content. The world needs you, Alex.
