Maison du Pain d'Alsace - House of bread

In the old town of Sélestat, next to the Humanist Library, is the museum 'Maison du Pain d'Alsace'.
This museum is not just dedicated to bread, no - the entire bakery industry. With large information boards, in three languages, and multimedia interactions, no question is left unanswered.
