Rossignol Trapet Bourgogne Rouge 2019

Another one of those under-the-radar wines where the very modest classification (in this case a generic Bourgogne Rouge) understates the more exciting provenance - is this actually an undercover Gevrey Chambertin? Or is it a bit more nuanced than that?

This channel is pushing me back to getting more Burgundy, have two at home right now waiting to be consumed.
One question, since you appreciate Burgundy so much, I'm surprised to see that you don't drink from Burgundy glasses. Don't you find them beneficial?
(I have to admit the few times I've compared glasses, Riedel Vinum Burgundy vs. Zalto Universal, I haven't really noticed any difference, but there are a lot of people swearing on the significant improvement of drinking from for example Zalto Burgundy or Spiegelau Definition Burgundy glasses)
