The reason assasin builder hit is becouse it aoes. Aoe is allways hitting even with dodge.
Have 260 and they still hit me

For me +4 dodge boots plus +5 na anti crit jp ok ng pang pvp yan kahit cw lalo na pag ranger ka.
i have 206 dodge with lvl6 eva ranger lvl 51 bel . still having a hard time at ether
Maybe it's the armor level, if you're wearing lvl 51 armors the damage will be very high from monsters if you get hit.
