puncheon is overproofed white (75%) and yes it has to be overproof but not necessarily white. i wouldn't use a spiced one. im using wray and nephew overproof (63%)

Yes you can but the consistency will not be as thick and creamy however You can add some puree pumpkin to give it an additional depth of flavor. Enjoy 🌸
@@TriniCookingwithNatasha :P dont get me wrong eh, i absolutely love your recipe but we barkeepers think of something else when we say "dashes". Doing a dash of bitters should create one proper stream of bitters exiting the bottle. Five equals to almost a table spoon
I’ve just made this. I halved the recipe just to try it. I became impatient waiting for it to chill so i had some semi chilled 😄 and it was amazing!!
