Sir bahut acchi information di aap ne. Mujhee harvesting season mei har saal breathlessness hone lagti hai aur running nose bhi hone lagta hai. Mei third type ka inhaler use karti hu sirf 2 , 3 months april to june as prescribed by doctor 4 years ago. Or whenever required. But sir i wish to ask that how many times in a day i can take for the maximum. Usually i take two. Secondly, will taking steam help to clear the congested chest. What,s the right way of taking steam for clearing chest and third what foods i should take when i am feeling asthma. Also how can i get my lungs checked up for general.
