you spoke my heart even my friends and other people think I'm having a common cold,cough or tonsils but they can't really understand what I'm going though, I wasn't able to even write in examination hall and stopped myself for 15 minutes and couldn't attempt 20 marks of account exam. That was my the 3rd exam and now i have 2 papers left and I'm not able to speak and study for exam but all other people think is I'm doing drama because all they see is my running nose. Hlw sir I am facing the same problem. My age is 23 and 5 years before I went through a nasal surgery because it was unbearable for me. After the operation I was feeling good for some months but slowly it catched again. It is very disturbing during the exam times and has effected alot in every field of mine. Couple of months ago I went to Apollo hospitals Chennai and the doctor suggested for an operation. I was not ready for the operation so he named a tablet (tos relent) and a spray (cortispray) which really helped. But now the tablets are over and not available here and problem of allergy continues. This has broke me down and none understands this.

Try simple anti-allergic tablets like Cetrizine during onset preferably before sleeping. It helps a lot, I am trying this n relieves for 2-3days.

Yes Doctor I'm also in same condition at morning it's start whole day sneezing and running water tissue paper rekhti hu jaha per bhi jati hu bahut sharma mehesush hota hai bahar or meeting per jab sneezing aur water ati hai nose say ...aur log bhi uncomfortable feel kertay hai.. Mujay headchhe aur pain kuch nahi hota bas sneezing aur running water from nose meray home may koi pets bhi nahi hai 😔😰😩
