I have seen great Improvement in bronchile asthama by doing Yoga for 15 minutes every day in just 1 month, specially anulom vilom and kapal bharti. Currently I am 21 and I first tried it when I was 19. Previously I had to take a prescribed pump every other day. now I rarely use it Once a month or during specially cases during winter.
