Nice, timber trucks (see the crane on the back). They pull some weights alright. Same with "dump" (the 2nd Scania). Scania and Volvo is by far the most common truck in the Nordics. Made for the geography and temperatures.
Don't know if it's why but the Orange Scania with a V in the front can be a hint that Scania before had the name Scania-Vabis. In 1968 Scania merged with Saab, which created the industrial group Saab-Scania. The Vabis name disappeared with they merger with Saab.[
After a long search I found details from the team of the braking wagon. It runs with 15 to 24 metric tons. I couldn't find any generic regulations so I assume it is a decision made by the organizer of the pulling event
I think the braking wagon has movable weights, so you can move then further forward to create more drag. Also they can add or remove weights. Usually they do a test pull before a new class to see if the braking wagon is balanced right. You don't want to have 10 meter pulls but you don't want to have all the pulls full pulls either (to the end of the strip). If there are multiple full pulls, they add/move weights so it would be harder and have a second round to decide the winner.
th-cam.com/video/XfdUZsQEDAo/w-d-xo.html check this video, the pull after 4mins shows how the braking wagon works. After the pull it lowers the front weels and pulls the weight back

The curb weight of the carriage is around 17 tons, the forward moving additional weight is from 2,5 to 10 tons depending on which class they are racing, so the maximum total weight is up to 27 tons (kg). Of course you also need to add the braking effect of the friction disc at the bottom.
