I use the leaves and narrow branches of woodbine tree. After 4 days immersed in water it gets a white scum on top of the water.

Hi John, I've not heard of this before. By Woodbine, are you referring to Honeysuckle? If so, does this make a good fertiliser?

Why didn't you just tip the jug over the nozzle of the watering can? It would have been WAY faster!
